The one guy who came out and gave me the estimate and the services they can provide, he thought that certain things could be done to the lawn. But, the guy that came out to actually perform the services said, 'No, I can't do that.' It basically had to do with weeds. In other words, the guy said, 'We can spray that. It really wasn't weeds. It was a different type of grass that was growing.' And he said, 'Yeah, yeah, we can spray it and it would all go away.' And the guy that comes to actually perform the service and walked him through it, he says, 'No, the spray that we use doesn't take care of that. So, they maybe they need to have communication between what services that can be provided and the guy who comes out to perform the estimate.”
