“Pest Now is super easy for Real Estate agents to use. They have direct billing to the Title company for closings. I even use them on my own home.”

“Based on past pest control experiences, I'm not impressed with the initial service provided. The service tech was there very briefly and did not debris around the home/garage. I still see cobwebs in the corners of the garage and nothing was done to the exterior of the home. I also had to point out a wasp nest on the back deck. My old company did a thorough initial debris by sweeping away all cobwebs around the home and in the garage and also looked under deck railings for wasp nests. I also had to call Pest Now back in less than a week because I was still seeing ants on the main floor and 2nd floor of our townhome. I told the tech I saw ants on the 2nd floor on his initial visit and he did not spray the 2nd floor at all. Update 07/15/19: I still cannot recommend their services primarily because I feel they do a very poor job overall when it comes to the service provided - they rarely remove cobwebs and they will only spray minimally. It's as if their pest spray is gold and they are hoarding it. They automatically schedule appointments which is fine, but that appointment usually means the inside of your home will not be sprayed. We live in a 3 story townhome, so basically, I'm paying for the perimeter of the main floor to be sprayed and that's if they can even access the backyard due to it having a locked gate and our townhome being in the middle and not on an end. I've had to reschedule visits to ensure I'm home so they can spray the inside. The techs aren't the friendliest and every service by them has seems rushed and almost like I'm wasting their time. I don't get the feeling they care about their customers satisfaction. If you have pets, be prepared to get a huge lecture on the dangers of their sprays. That is concerning as many households have pets. I believe there are pet friendly pesticides that can be utilized.”
