“I made a mistake when completing a customer feedback form and was contacted immediately by Blake Edwards, the Vice President of North Fulton Pest Solutions. He wanted to understand the problems causing me to give a one star rating on certain questions. I failed to click the correct number of stars - 5 Stars for each of the areas. North Fulton Pest Solutions really cares about their customers and wants to make sure any and all problems are resolved.”

“North Fulton Pest Solutions did well spraying for insects and they did pretty good when we needed wildlife removal.”
“Initially, they are there. They give a quote. They met my expectations there. The follow-up is where they fell short. You want a customer long term, not just to make a short term sale. If you make a customer happy, they will tell 10 people. If you make them mad, they will tell 100.”
“I've bee using them since for about 30 years before the other company had bought them out. I just feel like they are honest and they are good to work with. For instance, they wanted to do this wildlife removal contract monthly. I found that to be overkill and it was not in our budget. I asked if we could do it quarterly and they said yes. They really worked well with me to figure out a solution.”
