We are SO PLEASED with services rendered by Breda Pest Management. They did a Wildlife Exclusion for a squirrel issue in our home. Josh Pinson came to assess the situation and give us an estimate. He was extremely polite and helpful and explained everything well and answered all my questions. He arrived as scheduled and took the time needed to explain everything; we never felt rushed. The techs who did the service (Daniel and Joshua) were also extremely polite and worked diligently. When the power company arrived to disconnect power so they could do their job safely, they were great to communicate with the power employees and even stopped what they were doing when the power company arrived so they could focus on the specific area that required loss of power. This made it so the power was off as little time as possible. They did not rush and gave much attention to detail. They also were on time and even called ahead to see if they could come earlier. Breda also beat the competitor’s price significantly. We highly recommend this company to others and will likely be transferring our quarterly maintenance pest control soon.

The technicians they sent were excellent. Collin made sure to explain everything he was doing in terms that I understood. He was very thorough in his inspection and careful on his product placement to not harm Darby, our doodle. Sam and Dave were very efficient in drilling around the drive and placing the bait to deter any unwanted guests. I would welcome all of these gentlemen back whenever further applications or inspections are needed. Bugs gone. Only wish I had called sooner.

I have been giving the Breda team a real challenge at my 100+ year old home that seems to have some pesky rodents using the basement crawlspace for a speakeasy at night. Through several months I've gotten to know many of the wildlife technicians - too many to name, and each one has done what they can to figure out the issue and I'm always appreciative of the positive attitudes and how they crawl around in small dark spaces. A few weeks ago it was time to bring in the experts and I had the dynamic duo of managers Mike Shoults and Kenny Barnes - the big guns. They spent almost 4 hours at my house, going through as many possibilities as they could imagine, leaving no inch of the basement untouched. We haven't cracked the code yet, but Mike decided he would take on my "project" himself from now on, committing to helping me figure out the entry point and eradicate them. He has come to my house each week since then, always going above and beyond, thinking outside of the box, and taking his time to really think through possibilities. He has done everything from spelunking through the crawlspace, helping me cut out walls, taking out poorly installed vapor mill barrier, filling in holes with concrete, and setting up trail cameras. He is incredibly positive, and very knowledgeable - he's taught me way more about rats than I would ever like to know! Mike is an absolute gem and I appreciate him so much - he keeps the positivity front and center and his customer service skills are top notch. I really feel like he cares about me and my situation and to top it off he always takes a few minutes to say hi to my energetic laborador puppy who just adores him. Thanks Mike, and Breda team for having my back and helping to shut down the speakeasy!

From the initial inspection to the actual work, Breda was great! Little Mike and his crew came out and were efficient and hard working. They all had a great attitude, even in the cold weather (something you don't see a lot) and got to work. For the inside work, they were respectful of our home and were very knowledgeable with all our questions. We appreciate them helping with our flying squirrel debacle!
