“Absolutely!!! Nolan Painting was recommend by a resident of our condominium association. She had the inside of her home painted by Nolan Painting and recommended them highly. Our condominium's building and maintenance committee was vetting painting contractors for some required exterior painting of our condominium's units. We vetted Nolan Painting along with two other companies. As will be mentioned below under question#10(value), Nolan was the most expensive of the estimates. The painting contracted with Nolan Painting for the exterior of our condominium units was extensive enough to be divided over a two-year period. The second phase of this painting commences in the Spring of 2021. Based upon the completion of the first phase of painting and the subsequent walk-around with our field manager, Steven Salazar, we are not at all disappointed, regret or have"buyer's remorse with our decision to use Nolan Painting for our exterior condominium painting and recommend them very highly.”
