They were willing to assist with drywall damage repair before painting. They had the right people for the job to take care of that. It took longer than expected because of that. It was perfectly fine with me. They got two jobs done that I would have had to have two different people do. It was really nice. “As a repeat customer (previous: complete interior painting), that's what I know to expect and why I chose Titan for this large complete exterior job - including refinishing of deck. It also included sub-contacted carpentry to replace damaged siding boards and to install trim around all windows (14) and front door. Excellent coordination and communications between the carpentry and painting phases of the job.”

“Dave Springfloat the owner was very easy to work with. He was up front so his work matched my expectations and stay within my budget. He kept in communication with me before and during the job- and also visited the job site to insure everything was running smoothly. Any questions/ issues were addressed immediately. His crew leader Luis had his crew nailing it beyond my expectations. I would hire again and recommend Titan to anyone that wants be assured of a job that meets your expectations. Dave has been around a long time and I know he will stand by his work and make things right.”

“Please see my explanations below. I’m not sure if Titan actually does any of the work or if they are more of a clearinghouse that hires smaller businesses to carry out the work. The company that did our job was D&D. Maybe a different crew would have done a better job.”

“Luiz, the lead painter and his team did a great job. They did a wonderful job protecting areas that should not be painted. After the job was done ensured that things were cleaned up. We have a sliding patio door with 20 window grilles on each door. Luiz painted the grilles free hand without painting the glass or taping the area, amazing. The door looks brand new! Our house looks so fresh with the application of paint and a slight color change. We are happy with how the project turned out! Todd who over saw the project met with us every morning to go over the plan and address any questions, etc. we had before the start. He was very receptive and easy to work with. I communicated with Dave Springfloat (Titan Owner) via email and phone, and he was great to work with as well. He was very responsive, professional, and with good follow up. I appreciated his recommendation on the quality of the exterior paint for our house. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would utilize their services again and recommend their service to others. Bonnie Bulger a JC Licht Color Consultant, who was a referral from Titan Painting for Benjamin Moore color selections did a fabulous job guiding us on our new paint colors. We love the colors she suggested for our siding and patio sliding door.”
