Painting and Moore refused to lower the estimate even after removing a full bath. I told them in advance of the work being done. They did not inform me that they wouldn't lower the estimate until after the work was completed."

"I have used Painting & Moore several times and will again. During this particular project the estimator was trying to help me save money. He had his crew paint over planks that were more rotten in my opinion than he thought. As a result Corners of at least 1 plank that was painted is now broken off the end of the board. "

It's streaky and looks worse now than it did before the wash. 3) The ladders positioned on roofs damaged roofing tiles in the front and back of the house"
