The whole process from estimate to completion was exceptional. Once scheduled, Henry's painting crew were punctual, friendly and professional. Our home exterior painting project was completed in the timeframe given and all needed carpentry repairs look great. Additionally, the office staff were attentive and lines of communication were never an issue. The work crew were respectful of our property and were very flexible to any changes we requested. We would highly recommend Impressive Finishes to anyone.

We were very pleased with Impressive Finishes. We had the exterior of the house painted, including some carpentry repairs, and had interior painting performed as well. The owner, Robert, was easy to work with. Henry was the supervisor for our project. He was timely and communicated clearly. He was very efficient and helpful along with his two crew members. We would highly recommend Impressive Finishes.

Very happy with Impressive Finishes! The crew : Carlos, Henry, and Sergio, were great. They worked very hard, arrived on time, made our house look great, and cleaned up. Robert’s pricing was very fair too. Definitely recommend them unequivocally!

Robert and Team - Specifically, Mr. Henry (Crew Leader) and his Crew not only demonstrated the highest level of customer service and professionalism, but also their attention to detail was unrivaled - treating my home as if it were their own. Impressive Finishes will be the only painting organization that I will enroll going forward.

House painting is a big expense; I had anxiety about choosing the right company. After a comprehensive search, I chose Impressive Finishes — turns out I was right! Here’s what I learned: I picked 3 names from the ‘best pick’ books for homeowners & received 3 estimates. I noted an $8K difference between the low and high$. A closer look showed they all used Sherwiin Williams paint but all chose a different SW paint, also noted they had different warranties: 2, 3, & 5 yrs. So - I visited the Sherwin Williams store to ask what paint is best for my house (stucco, never painted before…) They detailed the right paint choices. I compared it to my estimates. Only Impressive Finishes quoted the paint they recommended and they were the one offering the 5 yr warranty. Price? They were the middle bid. I chose IF and am delighted: good prep, prompt, neat, courteous, hard-working, easy to talk to, responds to concerns, even shows up together in one van. House looks great! I actually miss the crew - esp. Henry!
