“They were amazing. They did excellent work. They did a great job. They were very honest. Did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. And I would use them again in a heartbeat.”

“Everything was great, just fantastic. They did tuck-pointing work on the exterior of the house. They get an A, and I'd recommend them.”

“They were efficient and cleaned up well. They did a great job. They get an A+.”

“They were great. There's a little piece of concrete where the house comes down and meets the sidewalk. There's a little triangular bit of concrete that needs to be laid down there to keep water from seeking down along the foundation. That's the part they did there. I'd give them an A+. They were very thorough. They needed to remove old material. They could have very easily just shorted the job and not removed much material that was coming loose down there. They were very thorough and conscientious in their work. It was great.”

“They did a wonderful job. They touched up the bad spots around the house. Just a touch-up where there were cracks. I would rate them A and very likely recommend them.”

“They did tuck-pointing on the side of our house. I would grade them A. I would highly recommend them.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing did a good job, and they cleaned the area up after they were finished. I appreciated that. They did tuckpointing over a garage door and a corner of the house. I'd give them an A+.”

“They did a good job. It was just tuckpointing for part of the house.”

“They might have done a little work on the chimney. Three sides of my house needed just minor tuckpointing work and one side in the back maybe needed a little more. It's a fairly basic, common type of tuckpointing—filling in a little bit. That was it. I'd give them an A+ overall.”

“I had a very positive experience. The people at Affordable Tuckpointing are professionals, and they did very good work. Everything was good. They repointed my whole historical brick house, and they did an excellent job. They did everything in a timely manner, and everything's held up really well. I'd grade the overall experience an A.”

“They were good. They did a really good job with communication. They were timely and did exactly what they said they were going to do. That's important to me—I appreciated that. They did masonry work. They're an A.”

“No complaints and they're fine.”

“We had some tuckpointing done, it was fine, and I don't have any complaints.”

“No complaints.”

“The work is fine. I'd give them an A.”

“I think they were very efficient, considerate, and did a nice job cleaning up. So far, we're very pleased with them. I have no complaints and I would recommend them.”

“They did a great job, and it was all good. It was very good—I would say it was excellent, and I would use them again.”

“I couldn't open my windows—they open out, and the sill had kind of tilted up. I don't know if it was from moisture underneath there, but Affordable Tuckpointing Pros came out and did a good job. I would describe their customer service as excellent. We're thinking about calling them back because we're having the same problem with another window. I would give them an A.”

“I recall working with them, and they did a very nice job. It was positive. They did some tuck-pointing along the roof. I would tell my friends and family that they did a nice job. I'd rate them an A for their excellent work.”

“It was a good experience. I like that they were able to come out quickly, that they were thorough in their work, and that they had it done quickly. They tuck-pointed the entire house. I looked at several companies, and after speaking with the owner, I felt like they would do a good job. I would give them an A grade.”

“They were personable, showed up on time, and got the job done. It was a success. They bricked up a window I pulled out. It was a local company. They're an A by me.”

“They did work at my father's house. They covered it and tuck-pointed that. They came back out and fixed it, so they did a great job. I would give them an A. Their customer service was an A as well.”

“It was really good, and it was a nice job.”

“I would describe the experience as positive. They tuck-pointed the things on my flat roof—whatever they're called. Their customer service was good. I would give them an A.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros was really great. Our brickwork wasn't completed, and we were getting water in the house. They diagnosed and repaired three sides of the house, and it was really, really great-quality workmanship. I would rate it as excellent, and they gave outstanding service. I would give them an A+ in all dimensions; the office was fabulous, the owner was fantastic, and the laborers were great.”

“They did some work on the pillars in the front, and it looks good. The top of the wall was a bit of a curve, and they cut down some of that so they could add bricks and keep the curve evenly balanced. It came out very well, and we're happy with it. It was definitely a positive experience. They were phenomenal.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros did an excellent job, and I was really happy with it. I'd give them an A.”

“They did some tuck-pointing, and the quality of the work was good—excellent. The workers and cleanup were great. I didn't have any difficulty with the company—none at all. I would say their grade is an A+.”

“It was our first time using Affordable Tuckpointing. They repaired the brickwork, and they got it right the first time. I'd give them an A+.”

“They did a good job. They reconstructed the chimney, the liner from the roof to the basement, and then from the rear to the tuck-pointing—they did multiple items, but the main thing was the chimney reconstruction. I've been using them for six or seven months, and I'd give them an A+. They did a good job.”

“They came in on the day that they were supposed to, they did the job to my satisfaction, and they didn't leave any mess or anything like that. They made sure that they left a clean site here after they were done. They were working on resurfacing my one chimney. I have two chimneys, and there were sheet metal casts on them that were rusting, so they reconditioned those with a special corrosion-resistant paint. This was my first time using them, and I think if I had the need to, I would use them again. I'd give them an A. As far as reconditioning the casts on the chimneys, I would certainly recommend them, because they did a nice job for me.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros was able to help me. I have an all-brick house, and they worked on all the windowsills. They came out, looked at the work, provided an estimate, and then worked with me on scheduling it—I had somebody doing work on the windows inside the house in addition to the work that they needed to do on the outside, and they were flexible with that. Then, I had one thing that I needed them to come back and fix, and they did that without any issues. Their grade would be an A grade.”

“They replaced the crown on our chimney. The quality of work was excellent, and I would use them again if I had a need. Affordable Tuckpointing certainly gets an A.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros was really good. Chris was wonderful. He came out when he said he would, and he caught an issue by our front door that we hadn't noticed. I would definitely recommend them. Everything they've done has been A+.”

“They rebuilt my chimney for me, and they did a very nice job. I was pleased with the owner, who was very informative and took time to explain everything to me. His crew did a really good job. I would say it was A+ work. I was quite pleased with it.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros took care of an outdoor chimney problem for me. They responded immediately and did it quickly. It was great. I was very pleased with the work. It was a really tough job, and they took care of it. They're A+.”

“They were efficient, neat, and quick. I'd give them an A+.”

“They were just polite and nice and told us every minute what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves. Affordable Tuckpointing was superior—they really were. They rebuilt our entire chimney, which is three stories high—huge job. Their cleanup was complete. I would absolutely use the company again. I called up three or four companies, and I just felt like they were the one to go with. I was really impressed with the guy who came over. He knew what he was doing, and he appeared to be really honest, which turned out to be absolutely true. Affordable Tuckpointing gets an A+ on everything.”

“They did our chimney. They put a liner and reburn tubes in our chimney. They're excellent.. I'm in a house that's closing in on a hundred years old, so I can understand that certain things do kind of give up along the way. That's one of the reasons I went with them. I think I got two other estimates, and I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. They deserve an A.”

“They came when they said they would, and they did a great job. I was just very happy with them. They did some masonry work for me; they reset bricks that were uneven. It was excellent. It still looks fine—just like they left it. They left nothing behind them. I would tell someone who asked that I wouldn't hesitate to use Affordable Tuckpointing. I would grade them an A+.”

“They followed through on everything they said they would do. It was a small job—they didn't have to accept it, but they said they would and followed through with it. Everything's good; they just replaced some bricks in the front of the house. I thought the time frame the work was finished in was excellent, and the cleanup and workers were very good. They just did what they were supposed to do—keep it clean. I want somebody who just does what they said they're supposed to do and does good work—that's all I ask. There aren't any areas they could improve upon. I'd give them A+.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros did two buildings for me. I used them three times last year. They do the work in a timely manner, they have the right manpower there, and they are willing to come out and discuss any inconsistencies that may come up throughout the job, which is very key for me. They are very good; they deserve the best rating—A+.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros were able to help me with my masonry service. They did the brickwork on our front porch for us, and they did a very nice job. They told us it was not going to match exactly because of the age of our bricks, so it was as close as we were going to get, but any other service couldn't have done any better. We chose the bricks from the brick company, and this was the best we could get, so I can't blame them for the problem. We had some debates over the job, but they cleared up my confusion, so we're OK. I would give them an A grade. I think they were very good.”

“They did some tuck-pointing on one side of the house. They did their work well. There were some delays, but it wasn't their fault—the weather over the winter didn't allow for the work to be done, so it had to be done this spring, and they came right out and did it. I would call them again if I needed to, and I'd rate them an A-.”

“They were very good—clean, neat, on time, and very personable. They did some touch-up tuck-pointing around the doors—a side door—and some around the front and around the other side of the house. They did get it right the first time. This was my first time using this company, but I would say they're an A+. I had no complaints.”

“They did a nice job. They were very polite and were there on time—just in general. They did tuck-pointing; they had to rebuild part of our chimney, actually, and they did a little tuck-pointing on the house. The workers and their cleanup were good. They did a really good job. This was my first time using Affordable Tuckpointing, and I would use them again. I would grade them an A+.”

“They showed up when they said they were going to show up, and they did a nice job. There was a little bit of follow-up that they had to do, but they understood that. Overall, working with Affordable Tuckpointing was a very pleasant experience. They did some tuck-pointing, and they replaced the chimney cap. The workers were very nice and clean, and they did a great job. They didn't leave anything around. It was my first time using them, and I'd tell someone interested in hiring them to expect good service. I'd give the company an A+.”

“We ended up going with Affordable Tuckpointing. They rebuilt the chimney because it just kept falling apart. They advertise for chimney repair. I would use them again. I would give them an A rating—so far, so good—and I would recommend them to others. The cleanup was fine. They cleaned up well and gave us extra brick that they didn't use. It was fine.”

“They show up, they do the work that they state they are going to do, and they follow up. It's not brick; it's stone. I was having water issues. The workers were courteous, and the cleanup was fine. They earned an A+.”

“They just did good work. I had some deteriorating brick and chimney stuff, and they rebuilt one side where it was bulging. It was very good. They cleaned up behind themselves well, and the customer service was fine. They did very good work; I was satisfied.”

“They did the work that they said they would; it was tuck-pointing, and it was completed. It was up on the chimney. I wasn't able to go up there, but I could see no visible negative comments. I believe I would use them again. I saw them doing a job in my neighborhood. The work was completed satisfactorily, so I had no reason to call them back. What I was able to see from a visible inspection was what they said it would be. Their rating is the very first one—A.”

“So far, so good—they did a good job. We haven't had any problem since, knock on wood. I think this company did some chimney work for us. We got other estimates besides theirs. They were very, very good. They did some chimney work for us, and they did a great job. I asked my husband if we had any problems that I was unaware of, and he said, 'No.' They cleaned up well after their service, and I felt like they were able to do the job in a timely manner. We'll definitely use them again if we have some additional services that we might need. I'll give them an A because we haven't found any flaws in their work. I would tell my friends that they basically came in and did a good job. They were on time, they cleaned up, and they did a good job; they did a very good job.”

“They did a good job. There were a few issues that popped up afterward, and they came back and fixed them to my satisfaction. They did tuckpointing. The colors didn't match on the grout initially, so they came back and redid it so that it would match. I would use Affordable Tuckpointing again. I would rate them an A-.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing did some work—chimney repairs—and they worked out fine. I would probably recommend them to others.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing helped me with my masonry work. They did some tuckpointing to the side of the house for me. Number one, I like that they returned the call and were pretty quick getting back to me with an estimate. They stayed on estimate while they were working, too. When they were done, they did a good job with the cleanup. Compared to the preexisting masonry, the new masonry looks good. We had a problem, actually—it was separated a little bit—but I never did call them back. It was a sidewalk they did a bit extra work on. I would call this company again in the future if the need arose, and I would recommend them to others.”

“They were good when they put in a new chimney for me. The quality of the work was good; the chimney was good, and the caulking was fair. The chimney was excellent, but the caulking—the base—I didn't think was that good. I did contact the company, but they couldn't do much about it. This is the type of company that has the products that maybe I would use again. This was my first time using Affordable Tuckpointing, I would maybe recommend them to others. The workers were excellent, and the cleanup was excellent.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros did a wonderful job. They were on time and very courteous—no problems at all. They did some tuck-pointing work on the outside of the fireplace and chimney. They were very nice. They deserve an A+.”

“They rebuilt part of our chimney and replaced part of it with a cap, and they did a really good job with matching the bricks and mortar. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and efficient. They did the job very quickly, and it's held up—A+.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros did exactly what they said they were going to do and did a fine job. They rebuilt the top eight feet of my chimney and redid the tuck-pointing inside my firebox. The workers seemed really knowledgeable, did a nice job, and cleaned up afterward. You never would have known they were here. I'd give them an A. They did a nice job.”

“I needed some tuck-pointing and some brick repair on my chimney. It was sometime within the last year. I was at work when they did the work, but I believe it was just one person that came and did it. It was a one-day job. It was fantastic. I leave for work at 6:30 a.m., and I come home about 3:45 p.m., and they had gotten there after I left for work, and they were gone by the time I came home from work. There was absolutely no mess at all—it was a beautiful thing. I'd give them an A+. I recommended them to a friend.”

“I thought I had a chimney leak. I was going to have them redo my chimney. They told me my chimney was fine, and the problem was condensation. They installed a liner, and I haven't had a problem since. I'd grade them an A+.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros—they're the ones who did the chimney for us. I thought very highly of them. They did a very, very good job. The owner, he came out here, examined that chimney, and said that it could be repaired. It wasn't that far gone where it had to be rebuilt. I had a different opinion given on that by another well-known chimney person, a mason. They thought I'd have to tear it down. I didn't believe that. Then the Affordable guys came out here on a Sunday. They went up there, and I watched them grind it, and they said, 'No, you didn't need to have that much.' There was maybe about a half an inch or so, and they ground it all out and filled it all up. One guy even went up on the top of the chimney and said, 'You've got a crack in there, we'll fill that up, and everything else.' I was very, very pleased with the service. The chimney itself is holding up quite well. They're an A+, obviously.”

“They tuck-pointed around the chimney. The chimney is still standing, so I guess they did good, quality work. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. It would be an A+.”

“It was excellent. Their level of customer service stood out. They cleaned up after themselves. They finished it exactly when they said they would. There were no issues—they were an A+. They're the best contractor I've used in the last few years.”

“The guys came out when they said they would. They were very neat, considering tuck-pointing is very dirty, with lots of grinding and so forth, and they kept it clean. They finished when they said they would—even when they had to come out on a Saturday to wrap it up because they fell behind with the weather, but they got it done. They did all the tuck-pointing on my whole house. I would use them again if I needed to. I've referred them to someone else. I'd rate them an A+.”

“They came out and did an estimate and gave me some advice on the house. He did a complete tuck-point job from top to bottom and rebuilt the chimney and also put in lint holes. They're an A.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing did a good job. There were no problems at all. They did it for what they said they were going to do it for, they did it in the time they said they were going to do it, they showed up on time, and they didn't leave a big mess. They were able to match color, and everything came out fine. I'd say an A is fine.”

“They were very efficient. We had the first seven layers done, and they did a very neat job. I hope I don't have to use them again—I hope my chimney lasts. I'd give them the top grade.”

“I was happy. They did the back of my house and the side of my house. They removed the old tuck-pointing and put in new. They cleaned up afterward, and they were responsive when I contacted them. It was a pleasurable experience. The new tuck-pointing is holding up quite well. I'd give them an A.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros was great. They were on time, and they were very efficient. The manager or owner even came to double-check the work and to make sure that it was being done correctly, so that was wonderful. They were affordable and very prompt. When we called, they called us right back. They got back to us quickly, unlike some other companies that we had contacted. They treated us as a priority, even though we only had a very small job that we needed done. I'd give them an A+.”

“They did tuck-pointing, and they actually built my chimney. They did really good work, and they cleaned up well. This is the second time they've done work for me, so I was familiar with them. I'd recommend them, and I'd say they're an A.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros did the job well, and they did it on time. There were two issues I wanted them to follow up with, and they did. They came out, and they followed up. That was a positive experience for me. I would give them an A.”

“They did tuck-pointing of the house. Everything went great. I felt very good about the finished product. Customer service was great. It was a seamless operation. I'd give them an A.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros was very acceptable. They seemed to be punctual, and they did the job according to specifications. They cleaned up behind themselves, too. They're an A.”

“The work Affordable Tuckpointing Pros did for me was excellent. They fixed a chimney and its chimney cap, and they did tuck-pointing on the brickwork outside the house. This was completed last year. Their professionalism and friendliness stood out about their services, and I liked that they were local. The customer service when setting up the appointment was great. They were careful of my kids and pets that were in the area. They finished in a reasonable amount of time, and their cleanup was excellent. I'd use them again, and I'd give them an A+.”

“We were pleased with it. They completely rebuilt our chimney from a certain point up. They did good, quality work, and they finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. I'd say an A for them.”

“They did my chimney. They did a nice job. It was probably almost two years ago. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done, and everything was fine. I would say an A.”

“They tuck-pointed our chimney last year. The guy was able to take pictures of it because I wanted to see what the damage was because I wasn't able to go up on the roof. He e-mailed me the pictures, we looked them over, he quoted me a price, and they went ahead and did the work, so I had no complaints. I also had no complaints after the job was done. I think they finished that job in an appropriate amount of time. We had the quote the following day after the pictures came over, and then two days later, they came out and did the work. I'd give them an A. I would recommend them. They didn't do any damage to anything in the yard while they were doing the work.”

“We just got that work done. They were really great. They were in and out, they were on top of the job, and they did a good job. They did our chimney, and then they put the liner in. They were an A.”

“They repaired our tuck-pointing. Their quality was fine. I'd go with an A for them.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros did the work a couple years back. They rebuilt part of the chimney and tuck-pointed it. I was the one that called them. They were very prompt, they did a nice job, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful of my property. The outcome was good. An A—that's them.”

“Affordable Tuckpointing Pros did our chimney and did a good job. The chimney looks good these days. I'd say they get an A. Everything was cleaned up when they were done.”

“Their responsiveness and the quality of their work stood out. I would use them again if I needed to. They were an A.”

“They replaced a chimney cap. We were getting some water into the house, so they figured out the problem. It was actually something that was done wrong by the builder—it was a new house. They were wonderful. I would grade them an A+.”
