“My experience with them was very good. They earned an A+. Their punctuality was excellent. I would recommend them and they did some brick work for me. Since the builder didn't do it correctly, we had to redo the brickwork.”
“The guy that worked for me was great. In particular, I had brick mortar that he needed to match and he did an excellent of matching the mortar, which is not easy to do. I felt like the person working for me had a lot of experience on how it would look afterward and it looked great. Also, they did a very thorough job. It was a repair, which was not easy, and there were lots of places where the mortar had come out around the edges of the patio and in the staircase. He worked really hard and it looks great. It still looks great. I'd grade them an A+. I already have recommended them.”
“I'd give them an A rating overall. They added a slate on top of a stone trench. I would highly recommend them.”

“I would definitely give them an A+. They did a little bit of repair on some brickwork. I'd recommend them. It was very cut and dry. 'Please do x.' They did it and it was fine.”
“They're an A+ company. They worked on a retaining wall.”
“They finished a brick patio outdoors. I'd grade the experience an A+.”
“They were great. They did a great job, it was reasonable, and he was honest with what he was doing. They only did brick steps and a walkway. I'd give them an A+. They did a great job. Everything was good about them and I've already recommended them.”
“They said they were going to be there when they were supposed to, they showed up, and they did what they were supposed to do. They were good guys. They redid my porch, I had stone work done. I'd give them an A+ grade. They were great guys. I recommend them to everybody.”
“They replied immediately when I asked for an estimate, they showed up on time, and the work was done properly. It was great. They replaced my mailbox. They're an A+ company.”
“They were very good. He did a great job. I had some cracks in my brick and they repaired it. Overall, I'd give them an A+. He was really nice.”
“They seemed very knowledgeable experts in their craft and trustworthy. They did a complete chimney repair, fallen bricks, to repair chimney leaks on an old chimney and repair of a dangerous stair well that had fallen brick in it. I'd give them an A+ rating overall.”
“For one thing, they would take the job. Most of the companies that I talked to weren't interested, because of the size of the job. It was so small. They were repairing some masonry on a porch. I'd give them an A+ overall.”
“I liked the personal touch and the responsiveness. They repaired some bricks on the front of my house. I'd give them an A+ overall.”
“They were on time, thorough, and they asked me if I was satisfied with the work when they were finished. They followed back up on it if there were any issues that needed to be looked at it. They did some stairs. I'd give them an A+ overall.”
“I was pleased with the service. I had no complaints at all. I had some bricks on the side of the house that were cracked, so they repaired that.”
“They were fine. For the experience, I would give them an A. It worked. They did a bunch of grouting work. Their personality stood out and they're nice people. They were quality individuals that showed up. They didn't pick two people up off the street to bring in to do the work. They knew what they were doing; they were pros.”
“I'd give them an A- overall.”
“They did what they said they were going to do and they were on time. They did some brick work on the back of my house and some repairs on my driveway, which is concrete. Overall, I'd give them an A grade. Their cleanliness wasn't an issue. They were good.”
“I thought they did a quick job, good job. They did some masonry repair. I'd give them an A overall.”
“They showed up when they said they would show up and did what they said they would do. They were creating a larger opening for putting a double door into our brick basement. Overall, I'd give them an A.”
“There was timely responsiveness from Skip. When I called, he called me right back. He was very forthright and explicit in what I could expect in the work he was going to do and what they thought they could do. They did what they said, got it done quickly, and I was satisfied with the work. I have a wide, brick front stoop with three steps and then a brick walkway that led to my driveway. I had crumbling cement as well as some loose bricks. They redid that. Overall, I'd give them an A.”
“They showed up and when the job was finished, it was neat. They replaced some front stones of the entrance way. I'd give them an A rating overall.”
“He showed up on time and went over options ahead of time. Instead of going straight to the work, he asked questions, and went over some things that might be issues. They wanted to sure about them not being able to brick exactly the original brick way back and they don't have that kind of brick anymore. I think the communication was a good thing. It was the rebuilding of a porch. I'd give them an A overall.”
“They did a great job. He did what he said he was going to do and they were pretty thorough. It looked aesthetically pleasing when they were done. They repointed my steps and they filled some cracks in on my mailbox and a couple of other places around the retaining wall. I'd give them an A grade overall.”
“They did a good job. I'd give them an A overall. It took them a while to get started, as a far as scheduling, but he kept us informed and it worked out OK. They did 10,000 dollars' worth of repair of old stairs and rock walls.”
“I did. They get an A+. They built entryway steps—they did reinforce the steps. If that's considered foundation repair, they did a fantastic job. No issues.”
“They did work on time when they said they were going to. They did some stonework out on the sidewalk and in the house. Probably an A+.”
“Absolutely. They did redid my stone steps and sidewalk out front. He was easy to get in touch with, and he explained how long it was going to take. Everything was pleasant and he explained things, so that's always a good thing. They deserve an A.”
“I liked the fact that they came up with a better-architected solution than the inspector. We used them to sell our house. The home inspector had found an issue underneath the house with the structural column, and they had a structural engineer recommend a way to fix it or address it for the buyer. All Masonry came up with a much better solution for about the same price, and so we were very pleased with the fact that they did that. They did it on the coldest day of the year. They kind of planned ahead—the coldest day of the year was coming, so they scheduled it to protect the mortar underneath. So they're very good at planning; very, very experienced; very professional; and extremely clean, and I would recommend them. I would give them an A+.”
“They did a variety of things. It had to do with repairing brickwork on an old 1960s ranch—matching it and remortaring around the new brick. It also had to do with rebuilding a front porch that had to be poured with concrete and tile put on top. There were some other minor things that were related. There wasn't anything I didn't like. He showed up when he said he would. He called if he was going to be late. He did an excellent job. He referred people that also did an excellent job, so I was overall very, very happy. I'd give them an A+.”
“We had an archway over my front door that hadn't collapsed, but some of the bricks had separated from the front and started to push out, and I had them repair that. I wasn't even there when they did the work, but I corresponded back and forth with the gentleman that owns the company. He let me know there was a lot of rain going on at the time, so he kind of followed up with me and said we were going to have to wait until there was a dry day to do the work. When I got back in town, it was done, and it looked great. I'd give them an A+. I had no problems with all the work. It was done perfectly.”
“They were wonderful. What I needed done and what I asked them to do, they did it well and timely, and I had no problems. That's all I expect from anyone. They were very good. It's very hard to find someone to do masonry, so I was pleased that I was able to find them. They did steps for me. I'd give them an A.”
“It was terrific, and I would totally recommend them to anybody.”
“I had a little patio made. It was a one-man show. They came in, did the job at the price that we agreed upon, and did a great job—a very nice job. It was a very satisfactory experience. We had to put in a concrete base, and then we put a brick patio on top of that. It was a relatively small job. I'll give them a grade of excellent.”
“They responded very quickly and had the work done within a couple of days. They repaired a cracked brick wall. I'd give them an A+.”
“They're a nice company, so I will give them a good review. Everything was good. I would give them an A+.”
“They just rebuilt my front stoop. It was a good experience. They were communicative. I'd say they're A+.”
“They did some repair. The guy showed up, took pictures, communicated to me well, did the job on time, and gave me the estimate. Originally, I think I got them out of the Best Pick Reports—a white book with blue letters. I would give them an A+.”
