“The only reason that I have supplied a 5 star review is due to the fact that I have only recently (last month) seen a positive change in my grass. My front yard looks unchanged which is disappointing. I have voiced my concerns and been met with quick and great customer service. That is why I am giving it four stars.”

“We've been a customer for 2 seasons and have done all that was asked of us to maintain our lawn (water frequently; cut at higher height; accept recommended services, etc). We weren't happy with our results at the end of the last season and it was recommended that we cut the grass really short and then have DVT come in and aerate and seed. That was done twice. We were told that we'd be happy at the end of our second season. Well - here we are. And, over this season a weed like type of grass has taken over our lawn and the recommendation is to totally kill off our present lawn and pay dearly for a renovation. (We were willing to do that - although it made all of the work we did and service we paid for over two seasons worthless) A month after settling on a price (just to do our front lawn) - we were told DVT made a mistake in quoting us and the price should have been 3 times more than quoted - but they'd split the difference if we paid almost double what we were quoted. No thank you! I feel we'd be throwing good money after bad with no guarantee.”
