The guys that come to service my home always knock on the door or ring the doorbell before they start the service because they know I've got dogs, and they want to make sure the dogs don't get out. They're very careful with the instructions and with making sure we understand when to let the dogs out after they leave. They're just generally polite, and they're great guys. I would recommend them to anybody. I'm very satisfied with their service and product; my stuff is just looking great. My lawn, my trees, my shrubs—everything looks great. They put fertilizer on the lawn, and I have them do spring and fall aeration of the lawn. They also do all of the lawn care, whether it's grub control, weed control, or fertilizing. They also fertilize my trees and inspect them to let me know whether there are insects so that I know if they have to add another service level. When I send emails to them, they're responded to by the next day. They're a very good company. I would rate them as an A+, no doubt. I'm very preferential with service companies, and they've been doing my lawn services now for at least seven or eight years.”

“I like Turf Care's customer service. They call the night before they're going to show up, and they are out the next day to do the service. When I hired them, they came out and did a complete analysis of my lawn. I like their service; it really gave me a personalized feeling when they came out and did that. The results have been great, too, but I think it starts with the service. I have them do my fertilization—I like to cut and take care of my lawn myself, but I want professional-grade fertilization. I used to do it on my own, but I wasn't getting the results I wanted, so I wanted a professional company to do it because I felt I’d get a better product. I called a company that was local to me, and I had horrible customer service there, so I did some research, and Turf Care popped up. From the first time I talked to them through my current contract with them, they just come through with their service. What they say they're going to do, they do. “I'm still using Turf Care. I think they were doing very– before they were doing my tree and also the lawn. But I canceled tree services because I'm not very happy about the tree service they did. In my backyard I have six trees, like a maple tree, and they were coming to spray whatever they do, the service, but the one tree was already dead and they didn't tell me. When I found out I said, ‘Why are you coming here to do the maintenance on the tree? Why didn't you mention one of the trees was dead?’ So I canceled the tree services but I kept them for the lawn. They are different groups, different people doing the trees and the lawn. So far I don't have any issues with the lawn service so I keep them. I do not see many weeds in the lawn. They keep the weeds at bay. When they come to do the service I'm not really at home so I really do not pay much attention to them. My lawn looks fine. I don't have anything to complain about. I chose them because of the price. I've been using them for a while. I'll give them a B.”

They've done lawn care for me—they feed and fertilize he lawn and spray for weeds. They give you an analysis when they come out—if they see that there's a problem area, they tell you what it is, what they recommend, and what you should do about it. I'm on a program with them, so they determine when they're coming out—they come out eight times from spring to fall. They do an early spring feeding and a late spring feeding, the same thing for summer, and then again in the fall. Then, I have them do a core aeration for me, and they do grub control. The grass looks really, really good. I’ve noticed a marked improvement in the quality of my lawn. I'd give their company an A.”

“Everything is fine. Turf Care pay very good attention to the scheduling. They've never missed a schedule. I've never had to call them because they missed scheduling. They do a real good job as far as the fertilizer is concerned with the trees and the lawn. They're everything that I expected. I have a very, very tough lawn.
