Thanks to TurfCare for restoring my lawn, had lots of weeds crabgrass and dead spots. Lawn was improved dramatically by TurfCare as I didn’t always have time to properly maintain it.

I wanted to update my previous 1 star review that I posted this early Spring as Ash and the Turf Care team have done a lot of work to get our lawn looking much better. We will have some spots to improve but it’s coming along and I want to thank them for their constant communication. New pics as of late July have been added. I replaced TruGreen with Turf Care in the Fall of 2023 and paid $100 per month instead of the $67 per month I was paying with TruGreen. After Turf Care working on my yard all of last year this is what it looks like in April 2025. Called them last week and got a Manager who said he would jump on it. Well they charged my card for the first 3 months (Feb. - April) this year and nothing has been done to improve it. My neighbors around me don’t have anyone coming by to treat their yard and theirs looks better than mine. Buyer beware!

I'm really happy with Turf Care Enterprises, its reasonably priced and you get a lot for your money. I do appreciate not just the services provided but also the status report of my lawn and areas where I can improve to help maintain it. I highly recommend them!

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Turf Care Enterprises. The service was not effective, and more importantly, their technicians did not provide any meaningful insight or guidance about the various lawn issues we were experiencing, including different types of grass and weeds throughout the lawn. Their technician, Mike, never clearly explained what was causing these issues or what should be done to properly address them. When I decided to cancel my contract, I had to call at least five times just to get someone to address the cancellation. I was eventually transferred to a manager, Scott, and explained my ongoing concerns about the lawn issues and the lack of service and communication. I was told my account would be cancelled. Instead, I was charged again. I then had to call again and spoke with Mary to have the account cancelled and to request a refund for the charge that should never have occurred. More than a week has now passed, and I still have not received my refund. After having to spend even more of my time following up, Mary told me that a manager would call me. No manager ever called, and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Customers should not have to make five or more calls to cancel a service, only to be charged again and then have to repeatedly call to get a refund for an incorrect charge. The lack of communication, follow-through, accountability, and respect for the customer's time is extremely disappointing. I expected a professional lawn care company to stand behind its service and handle a simple cancellation and refund promptly. Instead, I have spent far too much time chasing them for something that should have been resolved weeks ago. I would not recommend Turf Care Enterprises based on my experience. The lawn service was disappointing, and their customer service and handling of the cancellation and refund were even worse. Customers deserve better communication, better service, and basic follow-through.

Do not waste your money. They do not come unless you call and complain and by then it’s too late. Weeds are all over. We used Turf Care for two years based off of these reviews and references from neighbors. We paid extra to aerate our lawn based off their recommendations. I was home when they came and they do not use core aeration like it says on their website, but someone sprayed my lawn with a “new type of aeration” which does not create visible holes. I watched them miss half of my lawn. When I complained it was my word against theirs. I regret continuing their service but did so based on these reviews and neighbors referrals. Once the people who initially recommended Turf Care told me they both canceled their accounts because no one was showing up and weeds were present I started to really see the lack of service and trust I have for this company. They come when you complain or they don’t come at all and they sell you false information and product while taking your money. Maybe what was once a honest company is now not.
