Additionally, when the dumpster was there, it was too full, they could not removed it. For two nights in a row a bear was coming and removed trash onto my driveway from the dumpster. To have the dumpster removed , I agreed to place all the cardboard inside my shed because the dumpster it was attracting bears to my property. They removed the dumpster but my property looks terrible with the supplies laying down on the driveway. After reaching out to Manager Mike he took action and had the supplies removed on 8/20/2025. Thank you Mike!!”
“The replacement windows we received had far less glass than the original windows - especially the Kitchen window. The project manager who came after the windows installation just said that's what you get for the price of the Power Remodeling windows. This should be explained and displayed BEFORE the homeowner makes his decision! The same project manager as above told us that the wood beneath existing siding was rotting. It wasn't. See below.”

However, our install date and time was changed multiple times and the day they finally came was in the evening during a window we never would’ve chose because it made it impacted our kids schedules. They finally wrapped up just after 9PM. We were told someone would come by to inspect quality and they also cancelled on us and never called back to reschedule.”
“The install teams were professional and friendly. They confirmed all was done and working as a Pella window should. We have had issues with latches, The screws are stripped and that has not gone well. The service team did a nice job on the screws they found that were stripped. Each latch has four screws and while some were corrected there are still 18 latches that have one or more screws stripped. Also a window that needed to be replaced as part of the call will not align with the upper sash latch to close. This certainly is not what I expected from Pella windows. I have since called customer service Madeline and Matt who were both understanding of my issue and said they would send a follow up email to the manager in Philadelphia to call me to discuss. Unfortunately I still have not heard from anyone. Our window install (29) went well however the Service call has not. I am rapidly losing faith in Power and this should not be the way this project is remembered.”

The insulators did a good job, however, one of them put their foot through the floor of my attic above my garage. Now, I am having to wait until Saturday to get someone to come out to replace sheetrock. I would not use Power again, there were too many headaches. I feel like the maturity level of the company needs to be improved because something is wrong.”
“We had our Windows and Doors done as the first project. That went smoothy and the contractors were professional and responsible. With that experience and a recent roof leak, we decided to do the roof, gutters, and facia. Those two projects alone were extremely unpleasant. Roof- trash left all over the place (bushes, yard, on the roof, and on the road), the roof leak was patched, but then they caused a leak on the front porch (not the initial leak), they destroyed the gutters and rain poured into our basement, the service rep on the phone told us not to worry as that wouldn't cause foundation damage. They didn't coordinate the dumpster properly. They filled the dumpster half full, dumpster was removed, and then they left a flex dumpster on the side of our house for several days. During the rainstorms the flex dumpster filled and then leaked into the basement. One gentlemen went between our neighbors houses to use the restroom after we told them they could use our bathrooms. I had to tell the contractors what they were there to do. Facia - tore off the gutters and facia, facia took them 3 days to complete, 3 workers showed up and then then 9 more people showed up, 3 people remained working while the other 9 had a picnic on the back porch, yard, and blocked several neighbors. We advised them not to do so, but they ignored us. Trash left everywhere, there was a child crawling on the ladders and running around the equipment. Times changed and no one told us or communicated this with us. Communication was horrible at best. They parked in front of driveways when there was enough street parking, they blocked people from accessing their homes. We found food garbage in our bushes. I had to tell the contractors what they were there to do. We had no gutters for 3 weeks and customer service told us not to worry with all the rain during that time because 3 weeks isn't enough time to do foundation damage. Gutters- They were extremely professional and nice to work with. They communicated everything to us and help us understand what they were doing. They also advised of the issues with the roof and facia related to the previous projects. When we talked to Power, they apologized and said they would fix it. This was just a patch job of apologies and there was no real effort and was more of a cash grab then performing an actual job task. When they came to resolve the issues, I had to consistently tell the contractors what they were there to accomplish. Why would the homeowner be conveying what the project is and where is the communication? When they sent "their best crew" to fix the issues, they left not fixing the new leak, cleaning up the garbage around the house, and debris left on the roof. This has left a really negative impression in such that we do not recommend Power for anything but Windows, Doors, and Gutters.”

Also, the docusign function often didn’t work, making for a bit of frustration with the confirmation of things. “They already tried to do the right thing. I had soffit, fascia, and new gutters installed. When they replaced the soffit, they didn't take out the rotten boards. When the inspector came out, he said they would come back and rip everything out again, replace the boards, and then install the soffits. I told them no. If they could not do it right the first time, I did not see any reason for them to come back out.”
“Ruined our front garden. Trashed it the way the ladder was on it. Moved deck furniture but never put it back the way it was. Recommend a shoot to toss debris, versus on our yard.”

“I was very upset to lose my gutter guards. Clogged gutters are one of the most significant sources of damage we have experienced while living in this house. My house is three stories tall in places, and it is extremely difficult and dangerous to install gutter guards. The gutter guards are more important than the roof. I was swindled into spending $30k to downgrade the quality of my house. There was supposed to be communication on the day of installation on whether the gutter guards could be saved. That did not happen. Almost every type of gutter guard available would violate your warranty. I feel like your warranty is worthless, because I can't safely install new gutter guards without violating it.”
