“Everything is digital. I have no PRINTED copies of what I paid. Crews had very limited command of English. I have no idea about the quality of the doors that were installed. The windows, ditto. I took one of the labels off of the windows and found that they were only energy star in southern states.”

“I don't think the job was completed”
“I was waiting to complete the survey when the job was informed but today i was told the gutters are the last part of the project. My electrical out cover was broken, my fence door is broken, an awning was put up when i specifically stated that we were unsure if we wanted that put up and wanted to be asked before they reinstalled the item (i called Friday as soon as i was notified the awning was put up), an electrical outlet is not completely installed and left hanging. These are only a few things that I saw. I also thought that at the end of the project we would have a walk around to go over everything. My mistake.”
“Everything was great. One piece of capping was a little wavy. I sent them a picture and they came back right away to adjust it. Our house is noticeably warmer right away. Overall great service and glad we never have to worry about it again”
