“It was not properly cleaned up, and they had to come back after I complained. We were told they would replace the fascia boards when they did the gutters. We had to pay a separate fee, and that is still not done. They damaged a lot of landscaping around the house.”

“The salesman that came to our home was awesome! He was very knowledgable about the company and product. Assured us the job would be done in two days (it was set-up for March 25 & 26th). The crew showed up Monday morning, March 25th. Started on our roof. A few hours into the job, a piece of drywall fell from my dining room ceiling and went flying into my kitchen. I looked up to find a crack/hole about the size of a grapefruit. I went outside to find my husband and ended up speaking to Travis, the project coordinator. He came in to see the crack and apologized and assured me they would fix it. About 20 minutes later a huge part of my kitchen ceiling (about a 3 foot by 3 foot size) above my sink fell to floor. You could actually see the sky! Dust and debris were everywhere. Thank God none of us were standing at the sink. I immediately went to get Travis! Travis and a few other guys came in to observe. He, once again, apologized and assured me they would take care of it. Once that happened, I decided that I should probably go around the house and check each room for cracks/holes in the ceilings. I immediately started to do this and found my grandson's bedroom ceiling with two holes and part of the drywall seem sagging. I also found another crack in another part of my dining room ceiling and also in my powder room. I didn't even know what to say at this point, I was so frustrated! I had to purchase a new toaster as when the kitchen ceiling fell, it landed inside my toaster which ruined it! The cost of the new toaster was $60. I couldn't have Easter dinner at my home at this point as I had way too much cleaning up to do and the stress of my ceilings really got to me at this point!!! Travis then hit us with the wood on my roof being bad and that they would have to replace it which was another $5,000!!! However, they were taking care of the ceilings!!! So, the roof was not costing me $20,0000 it was cost me $25,000 and on top of hearing about have to come up with another $5,000, I had to deal with the stress of my ceilings. There was also a piece of plaster in my bedroom that I did not tell them about because at this point, after them being in my grandson's room with the plaster mess - I didn't want them above my bed making a mess - so I left that go. After that day, the next day the guys were supposed to come back to do the soffit and facia which did not happen due to the weather be bad. However, they set it up for another day, which also did not happen because they were on another job. Guys did come, however, to go over the spackling on the ceilings. The ceiling in my grandson's bedroom actually had a slight pattern which I had to bring up because I couldn't leave half of the ceiling with a pattern and the other half plain. They would have never done a pattern if I didn't say anything. Same in my dining room. Days were promised they were coming and ended up they did not due to being at other jobs. At this point I was just about to blow up! I gave one more chance for them to how when they scheduled, and if they would not have, I would have definitely contact owner. I was beyond frustrated! Travis ended up sending a woman who specialized in drywall to fix my ceilings. She did do a nice job. Now we just have to repaint over the ceilings. Finally, they did come and do the soffit and facia, but did not do a few of my eves. My husband then contacted Travis because none of the crew spoke or understood English when my husband was trying to tell them they forgot to do two of our eves. Travis and another guys ended up coming and completing the eves. All in all it took a good 3 weeks before the job was completed. So, Travis contacted us and said that he felt terrible and that he was going to take some money off for all of the issue we had to deal with. Travis took off almost $400 which we said thank you, however, we feel it should have been way more, plus they should have paid for my new toaster and fixed a tire of mine that ended up with a nail in it which I never said anything about either! I'm way to nice of a person and always let people do this to us. This is it though, I decided to open my mouth about it now! After thinking about everything over the last month, I'm beyond mad and frustrated that they only took off $400 - big freaking deal!”

“We just had all the windows in our house replaced by Power and I am very satisfied. I'm typically skeptical of contractors that advertise door-to-door, but I'm glad we gave Power a chance. I did some research and understood that the free estimate would take an hour or two, so that didn't bother me. There was a lot to talk about and Dylan was very helpful and knowledgable. We liked what we heard and agreed to a price that day. Once we hired Power, the order went in for our custom windows. There was a follow up with a Project Manager, Tyler, to ensure all measurements were accurate and appropriate. Tyler was even able to give some advice on window types and allowed us to modify the order on the spot. After a few weeks, the crew was ready to install all 20+ windows in just two days. The workers were courteous and respectful us and of our house. Everything within the work areas was tarped to start the job and vacuumed after. The job was completed efficiently and with high quality. Overall, I am happy with the windows, the price, the financing, the associates, and the overall experience. So much so, we got a quote for siding replacement that we're going to have done next. Thanks, Power.”

“The work was completed, the area was cleaned and the windows appear to be of a good quality. The employees we engaged with were personable. But somehow I do not feel good about not knowing the cost of the individual windows. There seemed to be something shady happening when it came to costs, the financing piece, and the rush to make the sale. We have excellent credit but I felt the interest rate was too high. The explanation of the financing was brief and was not upfront about the cost of jumping on the deal now compared to waiting for another day to make the decision. Two dollar amounts were presented, one for the immediate sale compared to the amount if the decision was made on another day. The terms of the 2 monthly payments were not immediately shared. I had to ask about the length of the 2 loans for comparison. After that, I found out that the lower monthly payments were due to an extraordinarily long term. This did not sit well with me. I felt taken advantage of. After the windows were installed the follow-up person arrived to survey the work. As part of her closing, she began a sales pitch to do more work on the house. She stated that the interest rates had gone up an additional three percent in the past 4 weeks and she would even get us a lower rate if we chose to do more work on the house. I felt it was an attempt to scare us into signing on for more work. Of course, there was a big discount if we decided to sign right away, Again there was no itemizing of a bill to say what the components would cost. Of course, there was the pressure to make this decision right away. This did not sit right with me. I had another uneasy feeling about this "deal" that was being made. We did not agree to have more work done. The sale pitch, the enticement, and then the pressure to sign right away was not appreciated. I would not want my friends to have this experience.”

“It all started with the original estimate. He took pictures of my sliding door so we were under the impression that it was included. They made the mistake and forgot to add the correct dimensions so it was missed. I realize this the day before installation because I asked how many windows I was getting. So they blamed it on me because I should’ve looked at my contract. Then they came back and Got the dimensions for the sliding door and installed it at a different date and we had to pay another $2000. Then there was multiple errors with my installation like my daughter’s window, not closing properly. And here we are two months later still waiting on a part that was installed, and I guess hoping we wouldn’t catch. Then they finally installed my sliding glass door screen door screen was completely out. The techs then put it in themselves and it’s very loose. Definitely nothing like factory. We asked if they could replace it with a new one and we’ve heard nothing. Also, after both installations, we never had anyone come to look over the projects. I was told in my original interview a quality assurance personal would come to oversee the project. Never did. Unfortunately, my overall experience was horrible and I was looking forward to this for a long time. I also had a neighbor and a friend that were interested I would not recommend at this point.”

“While I understand that to an extent they were trying to sell me their services, I appreciated Lauren Lamastra's thoroughness during initial inspection and in explaining every single aspect of the jobs and materials being used. I had spoken to a couple of other companies before Power and no one took as much time as Lauren did. I also appreciated Brian McClintic's frank honesty during the quality assurance. While the cost for the services was more than other companies I'd spoken to, I feel more comfortable and confident that I made a better decision in signing with Power and their warranties. They also were able to offer me financing that I was having trouble finding with other companies. The overall job looks great, and hopefully I will have no issues with the work that was completed.”
