“I have to say that I really did not like the door-to-door marketing technique. The person with whom we met the next day was OK I guess, but it was disappointing and somewhat frustrating that there was no further contact with him for questions, etc., after we signed the contract. Also, out of four separate dates for different aspects where there were four different crews, in only one case did we have an installation manager come to the house to talk to us.”
“Power Home Remodeling is very professional, however, we did have 3 installations total. Two of the three installations went unfinished. One of the windows, they forgot to put the glass part in and the other is they did not finish caulking around the windows. They did however come back and compete it. I am happy with how it looks, just did not realize that it would take multiple trips.”

“Generally, Power Home Remodeling does work that's high quality, they are very responsible, and they communicate well. They have been trained to be professional, and that's good. Those advantages point to their employees, not the subcontractors. For one project by Power, they hired contractors for the insulation of the attic, and that was not good. They did not remove the old insulation before putting in the new insulation. The old insulation is still in the attic. Today, I hired a cleaner who cleaned up there, and they showed me the old insulation, which is a beige color, and it's still above my ceiling. They supposedly removed it before installing the new insulation. He mentioned that it should have been replaced. That's my biggest concern. We have three projects with Power. One is the roof they replaced, and that's good. Their six employees did a great job. I trust what the sales rep told me. There were five guys and one woman who did the cleanup afterward and put all the junk into the dumpster. They came to my house at 6:30 a.m. and left at 7:00 p.m., and they did great work. They tried to finish in one day because the next day it was going to rain. The next Monday, there were two jobs. One was replacing the gutters and the other was for three guys who came to replace the insulation. None of them wore Power shirts. I asked if they were Power employees, and they said they were contractors for Power and that they worked a long time with Power. They were there the whole afternoon, but they didn't remove the old insulation before installing new insulation.”
“I was very impressed with the quality of the material that they used. There were a couple of jobs we weren't quite happy with, but they did send someone to fix them. They still have to send people out, but the weather has not been so good here. Almost everyone spoke Spanish or Portuguese, and I speak Pennsylvania Dutch. They were great and kind of listened to me. I used to do this work, but I'm not capable of doing it anymore. Some of it I thought wasn't going to work, and some of it worked, and some they had to fix. There are still two things to be fixed, and I am fussier than some people, and we are paying a lot of money, and you want it done right.”

“The way they did my gutters, they came back and didn't fix anything. I explained and showed to them. The guys never came back. After I signed the document, I saw the problem and they said they would be back and didn't come back.”

“We had a new roof in a day. They started around 7:15a (start time per the app was 8a-10a), the roof looks great. Cleanup was decent, they used a magnet to pick up nails that didn't land on the tarps but the next day I used a magnet around the house and picked up 50+ nails they missed.”
