“I did like how the work was subcontractor to different third party groups. The work they did was alright but they did not do a great job at cleaning up. They also didn't seem to have all the tools or materials needed becayse they had to jerry-rig my downspouts with extra soffit and caulk to make it work. There was a lot of unused materials after each job which makes me feel like I over paid.”

The instal was mostly satisfactory with a few small issues with the end caps on the gutters being installed lazily and the color being scratched off to show metal. A hole was also cut to be a little larger into my deck for the downspout spout and it was a very rough cut. Cleaned everything up pretty well aside from leaving a cut out piece of sharp metal on my deck”

“Mike came out to our house for the estimate. We spent hours, literally hours talking about wood that needed to be replaced around all the windows from water damage. We went over this several times over the 3 hours he spent at our home talking about the 9 windows we needed, and the extensive wood damage on all the windows, and the kind of wood around 2 of the other windows, that would need to be replaced. I can't stress how much we talked about this. Mike also mentioned he get me a quote for siding, and someone to help with interior work, he never got back to me about either. Come the install, the guys start taking out existing windows. Then another Mike with the install crew shows up, and says they didn't know about the wood damage, are going to stop working until we figure out a new price. Trying to shake me down for more money, when there's giant holes in my house, is some of the shadiest business practices I've ever seen, let alone experienced. After me being totally irate, they continued work and finished the job. Then someone insisted to meet me and my wife at the house to go over the finished product. I never heard from that person again. I think his name was Tyler? A terrible experience from A to Z.”

It was windy and stuff flew all over the yard- what a mess. We picked it up and laid things on the pile so it would stay. We have a huge wire dangling. They just left it. And the amount of trash, crazy. I mowed the lawn and almost died because what looked like a machine gun clip of fold nails flew out and hit me. Found a few nails. A bunch of stuff on the yard was moved and not put back. More work for me to do. Not thrilled and we had such a postive experience with the windows, this was a let down. Paid all this money can came home to a mess.”
