“The business model needs to be improved, although the work was excellent. There was misrepresentation, and there was a price minimum that was not discussed up front. Communication was not complete on it. The information was not compatible with each person who did each passing. The people who did the work were outstanding. My problem is with businesses now, and not just Power.”

“I had new windows installed in my home. The installation process went well, but the follow-up by Power was very disappointing. I was notified the morning of installation that the individual who was designated to inspect the installation process was not going to be available. I was given a phone number to call to speak to someone who would be able to come out the following day. That person never answered their phone and had a voice mailbox that was full, so I wasn’t able to leave a message. After multiple attempts, I then reached out to my “contact person” who had sent me a text on the morning of installation to see if they were able to assist in some way. After several texts and phone calls, that person stopped relying to me as well. I then sent an email to Customer Support and have still not received a response a week later. I was able to get a hold of someone by going to the company website and calling the “Contact Us” number that was listed. After explaining all of this, I was given an appointment for the following week to have someone come and inspect the installation. I’m still not entirely satisfied with the answer that I was given. To be clear, I’m not asking for anything extra. I am only asking that the company fulfill their obligation which they told me was all part of the process.”

“One gentleman stopped during the process of installation. He lived on a street behind me and had scheduled installation of his windows. He wanted to find out how it was done and see what they did. He was really impressed, as was I.”

“The project manager and salesperson did not do what they said. They suckered us in and made us feel like they were great people, but they lied to us. They took back the material only to be told we weren't going to be reimbursed for it. We have received no phone calls from the project manager, and the punch list needs to be taken care of. A person dropped off materials, but we haven't received a call about when the repairs will be done. Power Home Remodeling said we would be charged 45 days after the last project was successfully done. They came out to see the work and take photos to ensure I was satisfied with the work, and that's where the punch list came into play. They dropped off materials a month later. That was about two days ago. We spoke about this almost a month ago or more to get this stuff rectified. It seems like after the windows were done, they were done with us. I also didn't like the fact that we were with one financing company for the loan, and it got switched out with another. We didn't know that happened other than receiving a letter. We didn't get that letter until two weeks before the due date, and got no phone call. We were with Green Leaf, and it got switched over to another company that approved the loan. I don't understand that. The communication sucks. They got what they wanted and suckered us into getting this done. Once the process started, we were disregarded. The financial people knew nothing about it. How is it possible that another financial group could run my information with no permission? I'm not done, and I'm going to do more bad reviews. What is the next lie? Is the 50-year warranty a lie? We've been nothing but lied to. The only thing I was 110% satisfied with was the workers. They were professional. They came out and worked hard to do the job. Other than that, I'm not happy. There was a hole in the house, and they said it would be fixed. However, we had to go up there and show them that it was never repaired. The workers didn't know. We had to tell them. The guys had to remove the siding to cover that hole. I am very upset. We were used and abused. They suckered us in and lied to us. The workers were professional and nice. Other than that, the service sucks. They sell you a dream. The product and roof are great, but they lied to us about the finance company and doing the punch list and walk-around. They didn't follow through. Then they switched us to another finance company. It's very heartbreaking and disappointing to put trust in somebody just to have them treat you like garbage once they get what they wanted. They treated us like garbage. Everybody kept telling us to call someone else. I felt comfortable with them, and they just turn around and punch you in the face.”

“While windows seem good, feel the "quality inspector" after installation who claimed to be the boss overplayed his part. He clearly was another salesman. Some windows jambs were left uncovered, and not caught. I guess kudos to the "quality inspector" for getting me to agree to a new front door, but I expect the window jambs to get covered.”
“The original sales woman seemed knowledgeable and invested. We never heard from her again during this process. Another guy came out to take the same pictures and we never heard from him again. Another man came the day of install, which seemed disjointed. Process- The slider was installed with care, but nails are visible in the trim. The “J” channel was ripped off of two windows and another was put in with a different color. The crew recycled the “J” channel on our rounded window and when putting it back on, the positioning is slightly off . Aside from the install, we felt the quality inspection was done with little to no care. He was a hard salesman and we did not appreciate being pressured for more money during this install. My husband did more of the inspection and questioning than this person. He spent a lot of time in his car.”
“Sales and installation went great. We then discovered a problem with one of our windows. It was not easy to communicate the problem. It took Many phone calls and a long time to finally get someone to come in and determine the need for a replacement window. We are still waiting for the new window”
“I like how my new roof keeps my house cooler during hot weather, and the windows are much better than my old ones. The final total was well below what I was initially quoted. Just plan for dumpsters to be blocking your driveway much longer than you anticipate.”

“I was given a quote to replace 16 windows in my home on 6/18/25. I was advised the quote was good for 1 year. I decided to move forward and replace 8 windows now and I was assured the remaining balance given for the other 8 windows would be a guaranteed price. The quote was given 6/18/25 & the work replacing 8 windows completed 7/5/25. A representative came out to my home on 7/7/25 to “inspect” the windows and “activate” the warranty. He proceeded to advise me that the remaining windows would not be replaced at the agreed upon price and Power would not honor the quote I was previously given by your representative (who guaranteed myself and my husband that Power would stand behind the price).”
