“The communication has been absolutely awful. On multiple occasions the customer service line said someone, normally a manager (and specifically Andrew), would return our call to discuss issues and no one called. The crew did not show up on at least 2 different occasions and additionally, 1 schedule block was deleted by the Chicago office instead of calling to clarify after the installation manager set up an appointment for the remaining issues to be addressed.”

“When a screen was missing for a window install, I was told it was at the warehouse. They would deliver it later date. When person came to replace it, they had to make one. They struggled trying to get it right, but not as hoid as one pre-made. Also after installing the widows did not get cleaned from fingerprints and dirt.”
