“The job was rushed and poorly done. The original teams had to come out to redo the work, which they just put bandaids on top of the poor work and finally the VP of the area had to come out with a different crew to fix things. There are still cosmetic issues, but we've accepted it. Also, the sales rep told my wife a number of things that the installment team wasn't going to do. We had to fight to get everything that was promised completed.”

“Installers were very polite and courteous”
“Their estimates are overpriced for the work that you can get done with a locally sourced contractor because a smaller local contractor will give you a better deal and time to decide and not lock you into a contract that you cannot get out of. Shop around and find your self a better deal. Ask a neighbor or friend to recommend somebody instead. Don’t ever feel like you are getting a deal and be rushed into a decision.”
