“The product quality is great. But the service has been subpar. The salesman promised things that were not kept, and apparently were entirely outside of the company's capacity in the first place. The installation was fine, but there was no walk through which had now lead to SEVERAL follow up visits to resolve issues that could have been addressed already.”

“The install quality is fantastic! I took off a star because the guy who came out to do a final inspection tried to sell me a back door for $10,000. That is comically expensive! Looking at that, I probably overpaid for my siding too but I guess it’s too late. Ya got me.”

They left nails and screws in the driveway where we park. The crew left trash all over our front yard and through out our house. The quality manager never submitted the request for the 2 windows that were broke and we still have not heard back from them 2 weeks after the install about getting the windows fixed.”
