“The install of the first 5 windows when flawlessly, but when the installation time came for three other windows on the front of the house it has been literally a nightmare. We ordered the second set of windows in October and the project is still not completed satisfactorily.”

“The installation crew were very professional, they even helped when I had trouble getting some of the blinds down. There was an almost instant difference in temperature, the cold drafts disappeared, and the heat stays in the rooms the have new windows.”

“They finished the job 2 months ago and there are still problems. They came out a number of times and there are still problems. I am waiting for them to come out again. I don't know if they will come out of if I have to call them again. The siding has ripples in it, some things are crooked, and they haven't come out to fix things. The last thing I heard was the fellow was going to come out, that was the head of the people that come out and fix problems, maybe quality control. He was supposed to come out in a couple of weeks, I said good, but he never showed up and that was 2–3 weeks ago. I have called since, they say I am on the list, but I have heard that before. I didn't want to take the survey because I am a disgruntled client, but they haven't fixed anything yet.”
