There were a couple of snafus with one of the windows not being level, which we thought could have been a builder's issue, but the installer was able to work it out so that you wouldn't have even known it. He reassured us that he could take care of that beforehand. It is things like that - If it had not been an installer that took as much time and was just trying to get through the job, they may have tried to patchwork it without telling us, and something could have happened later, but we are aware of it, he fixed it, and it looks great!”

“I do like the windows however the guy that came to inspect the windows after the install try to upsell me on a new roof telling me it was in very bad shape. I just had the roof redone three years ago. He said y’all would do a new roof for $39,000. He said with the windows included in that price he said for $545 for 168 payments which Santa insane to me that would make it $90,000 for a roof and windows. I told him well I’m gonna get a second opinion on my roof And he was pressuring me saying I had to get it done now or it was gonna cost a lot more to send a sales man back. I had my roof looked at by two other people good roofing companies.”

Their estimate was free and very thorough, uncovering several problems with my 15-year-old roof. Power set a date for the installation and promised to deliver the materials the day before. The materials arrived as promised, and the roof was installed on time, with no problems. The team worked steadily, despite the extreme heat advisory. Everything on this job went like clockwork, from the foreman inspecting the roofing materials the day they were delivered, to the completion of the roof as scheduled, to a thorough site clean-up. The foreman deducted the cost of excess materials from my invoice before payment. Every one of the people I dealt with, in person and on the phone, was professional, outgoing, knowledgeable, confident, and pleasant.”
