“I am on the fence with a recommendation. I think that the homeowner's requests could be taken more seriously. For example...I asked that the floors be covered. The floors were covered but the workers did not have enough floor coverings. That was a problem for me. During the final walk-around, two of my window screens have holes and have not been replaced. This is a problem for me too. Lastly, none of my furniture/beds were covered. Unfortunately, caulk is on a couch of mine and has hardened.”

“I was initially very impressed with the salesperson who visited, as well as the team that came out the following day to take measurements. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill from there. The installation itself felt rushed, and when I raised concerns about some small but important details, I was met with a dismissive attitude—in fact, I was even asked if I owned other homes, as if my attention to detail was somehow suspicious. After the installers left, I noticed that several shortcuts had been taken instead of properly addressing the concerns I had clearly pointed out. I was told there would be a quality control follow-up visit, and I scheduled an appointment for it. However, no one showed up on the scheduled day, and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone for clarification. I followed up again and was told someone would come by later that day—but once again, no one arrived. At this point, I’m very disappointed. The only support I received was a vague offer to review photos I could text in, to assess whether the installation was done correctly. Based on what I’ve observed, I don’t believe the sliding glass door was installed to a professional standard. It appears the crew was more focused on finishing quickly than doing the job right. To make matters worse, I’ve since discovered a significant amount of leftover debris, including rusty nails—posing a serious safety risk to both our children and our dogs. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the outcome and the lack of follow-through.”
