“Things started out a little rocky, but a man named Patrick got involved, and he saved my job. We worked everything out, and this man did everything right.”
“There was a dispute regarding the kitchen door. I told BOTH of the gentleman that took the order I wanted everything to same including the back door. I repeated it several times. Well the order specified that I receive a full glass door with blinds. Interesting enough I was asked by the crew leader prior to the installation about the door. He never asked about any of he windows BECAUSE (everything was the same) except the door. I told him it was not the correct door. He called the office and person answering said that the door was the door I signed for. It was not the door I wanted. She was suppose to call me on Monday to let me know the cost of the type of door I wanted. I received a call whereby someone was coming to do the final inspection and I cancelled appointments to meet them at my home. No show, received call asking to come on Tuesday, no call no show on Tuesday and today I am being asked for a survey.”

“Regarding the job with the windows, I would say one; regarding the job we had previously, a four. Extremely disappointed with the communication and the quality of work on the windows. They also seem to be unwilling to stand behind the project.”

“My only comment out of the whole experience is that I was given a specific time for the installation, but on the day of the installation, I was told the workers would be finishing early. This meant I needed to be home earlier than planned to get the windows installed. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience. I just didn't like having to rush my plans and return home an hour to an hour and a half earlier than I had intended. But that is neither here nor there.”

“This is the second project we've done with Power, and the work is always phenomenal. My complaint is with the high-pressure sales tactics - the "your house really needs the work done, and we can do a special price if you agree to it today" is over the top. I'm also not a fan of the financing. I understand that it's what Power can do, and an unsecured loan has the benefit of not needing to be tied to the property, but the interest rates and terms are excessive and the full financial impact is easily missed”
