They showed up at 2:30 took their lunch break and started at 3:00. In the mean time we paid for our dog sitter to keep overnight so he would not be in the way and he was dropped off at 3:00 defeating the purpose of boarding him. Not the way you do business.”

I told the guy that came out to inspect it, that I can't have my windows open because they would get in. He said he's never heard of that before and said he'll check it. I had more windows done, and when the person came to inspect it, I also told him, but it never got done. They were supposed to be coming next week, so we'll see.”
