The ARC team members are very professional and did a great job. After filling in all the cracks and air gaps in our attic, they added befalls and raised the insulation from 5" to 19" to significantly improve our home comfort and R-Value. All the work was completed in one day and everything in the home was left clean and orderly. When called with any questions, they responded quickly and got me the correct information.

It’s been such a pleasant experience using ARC Insulation. David came to my home to see what was needed. I’ve lived in my home for 40 years and it’s always been uncomfortable. I had open vents in the crawlspace causing all of my floors to be ice cold in the Winter. I only had about 2” of cellulose insulation in the attic. Now it’s finally up to the current code of 15” and I can already feel the difference! Antonio and Mauricio did a professional job with the work and were very nice and shared photos with me. I would recommend ARC to anyone looking for a fair price. They aren’t pushy in the sales process and only offered services that would benefit me and my home.

Mark and the whole team were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to go over all the options and what we should do at the house to make it better. They also handled all the rebates themselves, which made the process a lot easier. Their proposal was broken down per work area and very easy to understand. I would highly recommend working with them!

We have an old city house with old walls, very little insulation in the attic, and plenty of drafts. After years of high utility usage and heat/cooling that flowed out of the house as soon as the furnace kicked on, we investigated our options. I reached out to 4 companies, walked 4 sales reps, received 4 bids, and was overwhelmingly impressed by Arc Insulation. David was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, he crawled through the depths of our old attic, gave his recommendations, pointed out other issues non-insulation related to check into, and answered our many questions with patience and logic. He is the only sales rep who actually inspected the attic. He didn't try to upsell. He's the only rep who brought up energy rebates, before i could even ask. He also didn't try to push us to sign on the spot, unlike 2 others. Within 3 weeks of our first meeting, work was complete. The install crew of Gustavo and Geraldo were timely, clean, protected our space, and completed the work in less time than anticipated. That same evening, we could feel a noticeable difference in the temperature in the house and the furnace wasn't running continuously. We are so incredibly happy with our experience with Arc Insulation.

We recently had Arc Insulation complete a project at our home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Our project manager, Jay, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the issues we were having and the best way to address them. His guidance made it easy to understand what needed to be done and gave us confidence in the plan. The installation team, Martin and Misael, were equally impressive. They were professional, punctual, and worked very efficiently throughout the job. They clearly take pride in their work, and it showed in both their attention to detail and how smoothly everything was completed. Overall, we’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend Arc Insulation to anyone looking for quality work and a reliable team.
