Much needed insulation improvement to our upper attic and garage ceiling / bedroom floor interface. Their Energy Specialist, David Puralewski made an in-depth inspection and recommendation. A couple of weeks after accepting the quotation the project crew Antonio and Mauricio did a very professional job over a two-day period. Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend.

It’s been such a pleasant experience using ARC Insulation. David came to my home to see what was needed. I’ve lived in my home for 40 years and it’s always been uncomfortable. I had open vents in the crawlspace causing all of my floors to be ice cold in the Winter. I only had about 2” of cellulose insulation in the attic. Now it’s finally up to the current code of 15” and I can already feel the difference! Antonio and Mauricio did a professional job with the work and were very nice and shared photos with me. I would recommend ARC to anyone looking for a fair price. They aren’t pushy in the sales process and only offered services that would benefit me and my home.

This was our 3rd time using ARC across various properties in our family. Even though we shopped our spray insulation project for our new house we just bought, they were willing to stay competitive on price and pointed out how the spec of their insulation was better quality then the other quotes we got. Our whole attic was spray foam insulated (with old BAT rolled insulation removed) and the results were amazing. David P on the sales side was smooth as always, and the install team of Victor and Pedro got the house done in under 2 days -- as estimated! Job well done and we will continue to gravitate towards ARC for future needs!

I had a great experience with ARC for my basement and attic sealing and insulation project. They were thorough and professional throughout. They were responsive to my questions and flexible with options and timing, making the whole process incredibly easy. After shopping out 4 different quotes, they were right there with the other options and offered me more peace of mind than any of them (e.g., they were the only company willing to do the verification steps required to get a North Shore Gas rebate). All in all, a really good experience. I'm hoping to enjoy the benefit of their work in a more comfortable old home moving forward.

We have an old city house with old walls, very little insulation in the attic, and plenty of drafts. After years of high utility usage and heat/cooling that flowed out of the house as soon as the furnace kicked on, we investigated our options. I reached out to 4 companies, walked 4 sales reps, received 4 bids, and was overwhelmingly impressed by Arc Insulation. David was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, he crawled through the depths of our old attic, gave his recommendations, pointed out other issues non-insulation related to check into, and answered our many questions with patience and logic. He is the only sales rep who actually inspected the attic. He didn't try to upsell. He's the only rep who brought up energy rebates, before i could even ask. He also didn't try to push us to sign on the spot, unlike 2 others. Within 3 weeks of our first meeting, work was complete. The install crew of Gustavo and Geraldo were timely, clean, protected our space, and completed the work in less time than anticipated. That same evening, we could feel a noticeable difference in the temperature in the house and the furnace wasn't running continuously. We are so incredibly happy with our experience with Arc Insulation.
