“My encounters with your company were a complete diaster. My day and time was changed several times, and then no one showed up or called to let me know they were not coming, I was on hold for 20 minutes during find out why no one came or called, and they found out that there was no one there to answer the phone. Sorry does not fix what your company put me through. I did ask for some compensation for my trouble, and was told basically, we don't do that. The cost of having this done was expensive, and yet, no one could do anything to ease my mind. I would not recommend your company to anyone, after what I went through. I worked with your company when you made changes, but to you, I am not worth taking the time to make me feel that I am a valued customer.”

For this to be an older home with wooden windows, they were able to take those out easily and put the new ones in, and the house looks so much better. The convenience with how they open and close and how you can clean them and they are so clear, you can see out of them so well. Jacob was very nice; he stayed for about 45 minutes in the beginning when they started on the windows. We had to leave for about half an hour. When we came back, they were polite and nice. We had thirteen windows installed. They were congenial and patient when around our animals. Not a bad experience at all.”

“I wish I could remember the young gentleman’s name who was walking the neighborhood, promoting Power Home Remodeling. He did such a great job of explaining the process that my husband & I decided to go a step further & scheduled a meeting with the sales rep, Devante Carter. We’ve lived in our home a little over 25 years & had decided it was time for a complete window replacement. Devante did a such an excellent job that we booked the replacement right there and then. Didn’t even think about getting a couple of other estimates from other vendors. What really made sense was Power Home Remodeling does not advertise on television & because they don’t, they pass on the savings to the customer. They participate in home remodeling shows & do the hard work, going door-to-door. We scheduled the replacement for about 3 1/2 weeks out, but were pleasantly surprised when they moved up the date by about 2 weeks which was great because we had family coming to visit. The job was complete in one day, cleaned up after themselves & took all the old windows with them. If getting several quotes, make sure Power Home Remodeling is your last, if you book at the time they’re giving their sales pitch, you’ll be surprised with a nice discount ;) We were extremely pleased with the cost, we had been anticipating to spend AT LEAST five to 10 thousand more. We’ll definitely consider contacting them again for any other home remodeling services since windows aren’t the only service they provide. Professional company, very thorough & ensured we were happy at each stage of the replacement service.”
