“I was supposed to get downspout in front of but gentlemen said it pitched it and wouldn’t be an issue so didn’t need downspout. He offered to put it on. Said if it over flows he would come back and put it on. So we are waiting fir a big rain in order to see if it overflows or we have to have him Back to add downspout.”

“The windows themselves are great. The selling point of the installation process was far oversold for the quality and experience we had. We also had a Sunday install, being told that there was no difference to a midweek install yet there definitely was. We were also given no way to contact anyone when we had issues with the installation day of as the only phone numbers we were given were monday-friday only. We were also sold on the fact someone would be here day of install to help coordinate with the installation team, that do not have great English speaking skills, and make sure we were on the same page, especially because we have cats we would need to move and keep safe. This did not happen and were again told that we shouldn't have been told that by management, but we were, and if we were told the realities of how frustrating and disappointing the details of the installation would have been we would not have gone through with the install.”

“The initial sale was not what we expected. We spoke with the first person and turned him down. We were unsatisfied with that quote. The second quote was much better. We appreciated the sales representative for bringing the quote within reason of our budget.”
