Not once did anyone come and follow up on the quality of the work done on any projects although each and every time we were guaranteed they would. The messes left during and after the projects were ridiculous. The dumpster was right there but everything was tossed around the lawn, again something we were told would not happen. There were even nails left”

“Power Home Remodeling does a good job, but the job can be incomplete. For example, my front door is a double door. When the doors are closed, I can see light between the two doors. I mentioned this when the guys came to do my back door. They said they'd tell a supervisor but no one ever came to fix the problem. The framing around the back door is more narrow than the framing that was removed. As a result, the area above the door is rough and should be repainted.”

“Wrong molding was installed around the windows with no stools (what we paid for). The contractors didn’t even know they were redoing the inside molding so they had to go buy it (poor communication). When the quality assurance manager came out to check he said we would have a return visit on a certain date and to call that morning to confirm the time. That date came and no one showed up. I called the number on the card and the rep on the phone said there were no notes on the account for a return visit. I assume the quality assurance rep was too distracted trying to sell us new siding that he forgot to finalize the notes to fix the work that was already done incorrectly.”

“Lack of communication from the project manager that the door I thought I was receiving was discontinued. The day of installation no one spoken 100% English. The installers broken the latch on the door and told me I had to call the office on Monday. My door leaked the first time it rained. The main manager that oversees everyone does not think compensating me as a customer is the way to do business. He is so disrespectful!”
