I think what bothered me was when the quality assurance person came to check on the work, he tried to upsell me on a roof that “really costs 45K” and then dropped it to “30K if I sign today”. Roofs in this area do not cost that much and it just ruined the experience for me with this company.” Even shadier that he took pictures and created an estimate, but when I asked for them to show the initial contractor who did my roof 10 years ago, apparently nothing everything “was saved into the system”…etc.”
