I’m very happy with the work Power has done on my home. From the first encounter to the last everyone has been respectful. The siding project was completed in 2 days. They cleaned up my yard very nicely. The minor issues I had, fingerprints and dust, were addressed and resolved. The gutter and door projects went smoothly with no issues. I love the changes. My house looks great. Due to the improved insulation, I noticed a difference in the temperature of my home. My HVAC was not constantly running. I can’t wait to see my energy bill. I was so impressed with the work and the price, I added another project to further improve the insulation and value of my home. A lifetime warranty that’s transferable is unbeatable! Thanks Power!

We had a wonderful experience with the window installation crew. From start to finish, the team was friendly, respectful, and very professional. They worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. I was especially impressed with a young crew member named Luca. He stood out for his professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to make sure everything was done right. It’s always encouraging to see someone so dedicated and eager to learn. The entire crew did an excellent job with the installation, and they were very thoughtful about cleaning up after themselves once the work was complete. Everything was left neat and tidy, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience and a job very well done. I would gladly recommend this team to anyone looking for window installation.

From start to finish, they were stellar. Customer service was top-tier, Owen and. Brandon were spectacular in assisting me. My gutters, fascia, and soffit look amazing and I am thrilled with the finished product. My only qualm was that clean up was not great. I couldn't communicate with the first crew and after the job was complete, I found about 7 long nails/screws in my driveway and a couple in my backyard where the dogs run around. When I went on the roof to check how the gutters were doing, I found 10 long screws and 8 small ones just sitting up there, probably a few more that made it into the gutters

If every company that came knocking at my door operated with the same level of communication, follow-through, and execution as POWER, I’d be thrilled to work with them all. My wife and I decided it was time to replace our windows—just one more thing checked off the long list of home projects—and we couldn’t be happier that we did. From start to finish, everything went exactly as promised, and the final product looks fantastic. If you’re on the fence about working with POWER, don’t be. If your experience is anything like ours, you’ll be more than satisfied.

All windows were replaced in our home with Pella vinyl windows. The salesman was easy to talk to, courteous, very thorough, and asked many times if we had questions as he progressed thru the sale. Once we decided to purchase the salesman loaded the Project Pulse app to our phones that is a great tool. All documents and appointments are easily accessible thru Project Pulse app. Very simple and great to have everything in one place. The project manager was at our home the next day to verify all window measurements, ordered the windows, and provided the installation schedule date. The project manager was quick and efficient. Installation was on time and only three weeks after the initial sale. The installation crew started at 8:30 AM and were done replacing all 28 windows in our home within 6 hours. Very happy with the installation crew. Hard working, very efficient, high quality and it seems that each member of the installation team did all tasks associated with the installation. As the installation was completed, the team cleaned the interior areas removing all trash, sweeping the area and vacuuming where necessary. Great team!! Two days after installation, a quality rep completed the final inspection, scheduled repair of some minor defects and asked for our direct feedback. All phases of our purchase went better than what we might have expected. Replacement windows are unavoidably expensive but I would recommend the Power team to anyone considering window replacement.

"Everyone claims to offer the best products and service. While your salesperson was effective at closing the deal, what followed was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During a period when I was balancing work responsibilities and a death in my family, I was repeatedly contacted and pressured to schedule an installation date. The representative’s aggressive tactics—including stating that I would be charged 20% of the total cost if I did not immediately schedule—were unnecessary and felt threatening. That level of pressure was completely inappropriate given the circumstances. The installation itself was routine; however, one of the windows was scratched. The installer informed me that your team would be reaching out to replace it. I hope that the urgency shown in pressuring me to schedule will be matched in promptly correcting this issue. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Power Home Remodeling and will be sharing my experience publicly."

Then when it came to the install date, everything went wrong. Huge mess was made, one installer, very loud, he was here from 10:30am until 1:30am. We missed work and lost sleep over it and so did our children. It was very unprofessional. Then in the light of the next day the job was very sloppy. On a positive note, we did have a project manager come by and he agreed to fix the mess and all the mistakes made by the previous installer. All in all we missed several days of work, but thankfully the job is done."

"I am likely to recommend them to a friend, but I do have a few issues with the caulking. In one too, some of the caulking on half of the window is different from the other side. One side is clear and the other side is white. I could clearly see the difference. On the same window, they didn't do very good on the trim part because instead of being nice and straight, the fuzzy part, I guess the weather seal, is sticking out at the top. The bottom is all the way in. They didn't mess up too much, but it looks horrible and I didn't notice the little things. As I was putting the blinds back up, that's when I noticed one window's trimming on the inside and it looks like air is getting through, which I'm not happy about. Another window has messed up caulking on the bottom part. They pushed it in because it was sticking out and they redid the caulk, but they left all the excess on the window. It doesn't look professional. I'll be watching closely for the ones on top. They were doing good work; they were non-stop. Maybe they were getting tired, I think, and that's when they messed up and it was almost about to rain and they probably just wanted to leave. Those windows were the last two they worked on."

"I was pretty happy with the work overall. They were supposed to follow through with a few punch list things and they have not gotten back to us. It has been crickets since they left. They basically stand over you and say you need to sign these forms over the phone so they can leave. We looked around afterwards and noticed some things that needed to be done. We talked to the quality assurance guy and he said he would call the foreman for the siding and they will get back with you. and we have not heard anything last week or the end of the week before that. There is a screen that needs to be replaced and I have not heard anything about that. There is something with the door that is not secure to my wife's satisfaction. We have not heard from them. There are some things that need to be done on the punch list and we have not heard from them. Once they made us sign the emails and stuff they disappeared, so that is why we are hesitant to rate them any higher."

On the other hand I would suggest my friends avoid opening their door to the sales people who are very persistent, offering deal after deal that have to be consumated that day rather than giving people the chance to at least sleep on it. This persistance continued on the day of installation when the person coming to check on the work hung around for hours and continued with efforts to get me to commit to purchasing more windows. It was all professional but over time became irritating, especially since new windows weren't really in my plans. The installers were professional, knew what they were doing, and I'm not sure they ever took a break! I'm confident of the quality of the windows and sliding door that I did have installed."

The customer service is great, but if you are not fully ready to book, they will pressure you to get it done. They operate fast, which is amazing, but again, if you are not fully ready for them to do a project, do not call them."

"We went with power because in the product pitch they said very heavily that they would be providing us with a high end roof, a completely new roof deck and high quality customer service for many years to come. We thought the new deck justified the very high cost and were quoted that our roof was 1900 Sq Ft. Later on at the end of the job we walked upstairs and were shocked to find that they did not provide us with a new deck but laid the new plywood over the old, damaged, moldy and rotted barn board without telling us that they were making that change. We submitted photo's to the roofing team in Boston about this and never heard anything back. Additionally they did not cut a consistent opening for the ridge vent but seemed to just lay it on top of what was already there, defeating the purpose of the venting. Siding was damaged, many nails were left all around the job site some sticking straight up (they told us the crew would go around the site with a magnet after to catch these but they were everywhere even around where we park our car). However, the worst aspect has been that Allstate is working with us on a claim for our roof that was damaged due to the ice dams from the recent storms and no one from Power will get back to us with the information they are asking for (an updated quote to account for Power overcharging us by hundreds of Sq Ft and an itemized invoice). Allstate needs these things to process our claim and no one will get back to us. If we could redo it we would not go with Power and would actively warn people away from this company, they are erring on the side of 22 to 25% waste in square footage, much higher than GAFs (their shingle companies) recommendation of 12%. Make sure to double check the square footage Power is recommending to you and the size of your roof, they will pitch it is as over ordering as a good thing so that the crew will have more than what they need, but in reality they are over ordering by double, accounting for an accurate 12% waste and another 12% in extra square footage that isn't needed so they can charge you for it. If you are planning on filing an insurance claim very much recommend you do not go with them because the paperwork they will supply you with in their Project Pulse app will not be enough for what your insurance will request."

The time that Art spent with me during the first visit to assess the condition of my windows and to explain in detail the findings, both good and bad, was an education in itself. As it turned out, only my 6 transom windows had significant moisture between the walls, causing the need for replacements. The possible cause of the moisture was from improperly installed solar screens that blocked the weep holes in the frames so that the water during rains could not drain out. A corollary to the cause of moisture between the walls was the possibility of water from the roof leaking between the walls. Art spent a good deal of time in the attic, searching for damp places (of which there were none) and photographing (1) areas of temperature variation to identify hot spots and (2) evidence of future problems with some of the beams (not an immediate concern). Since I was interested in radiant barriers, Art thoroughly explained the pros and cons of the different kinds. In the end, I had them to install that as well."

The salesperson was good at her job and sold me on buying the door. I get it, that's part of it. She was very pleasant and very nice, but the amount of time it took could be off-putting for some people. I am retired, so it wasn't a big deal for me. The process was great. I didn't want to do it in the winter, but I decided to go with you because it looked like a good product, and I needed a door. She was pleasant and excellent at doing her job. It took like five hours. For most people who are working and have busy lives, that would be very off-putting. I understand that it is their job and that's what they do. She did her job and got me to buy the product. You have a high volume of sales in this area, so obviously someone is doing something right."

"When we signed our initial contract, we were quoted one price and told that if we didn't use all the materials we would be charged less. We didn't use all the materials, so we got a lower price when the job finished and signed a new agreement. However, when you pulled the money, the original higher dollar amount was pulled. We were told we'd get a refund, but it's been 6 business days and no refund. We can't seem to get in touch with anyone who can initiate that refund either! Also when we ordered our windows, we ordered full screens. But I guess half screens were put into the system. The project manager said he could fix that. We had to install the half screens and we've been told the full screens were ordered and will be treated like a service call. But there is no way to track that the screens were ordered or when they will be replaced. So we paid more than we were supposed to for a partially wrong product and we don't know when any of it will be fixed."

That’s what really sold us on getting a door with Power other than top notch quality we were getting. I’m sorry I don’t remember the guys name that came to do the install. He was great too. He remeasured everything to make sure it was all good. He had to do some extra work but walked us through what he had to do to make sure it was good with us. He was very professional and clean, even took our old screen door. We used to have a draft with our old door and since having this door installed no drafts, my heat bill is down. I will definitely recommend power and will be calling for future work! Great company from the sales people to customer service to the finance company to the installers. A+ all around!"
