“Normally I am very weary of people going door to door but I’m so grateful that I gave them a second. These windows are truly top of the line. Their customer service is exceptional. From the initial salesperson to the installers, everyone was so pleasant and kind. They might be more expensive than what you see at the stores, but they are upfront about what you get with them versus their competitors. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to ensure their parents have the best of the best.”

“They have not done what they were supposed to do. I asked for some information, paper copies of the application, financial agreement, and other documents and have not received any of them. I requested the paper copy of all the agreements and have not received anything. To me that is not good business, so, no, I would not refer them.”

“I might recommend to friends if I knew that they were planning to purchase windows and planned to compare rates and companies before calling Power. This is what good consumers do. On the other hand I would suggest my friends avoid opening their door to the sales people who are very persistent, offering deal after deal that have to be consumated that day rather than giving people the chance to at least sleep on it. This persistance continued on the day of installation when the person coming to check on the work hung around for hours and continued with efforts to get me to commit to purchasing more windows. It was all professional but over time became irritating, especially since new windows weren't really in my plans. The installers were professional, knew what they were doing, and I'm not sure they ever took a break! I'm confident of the quality of the windows and sliding door that I did have installed.”

“I am generally happy about the product and installation, but I am not happy about the customer service which supposedly to follow up an missing part found since the installation in October 2025. It has been 3 months, and the part still missing, we are still waiting for the service team to come. Called customer service hotline multiple times, no one from local office ever called back as promised. I am disappointed about this after sale service, which was a major reason we chose Power, a local office we can reach and a better communication. Now I finally saw (through the app Power Project Pulse) someone is coming on 3/3. I hope this will put the end of waiting.”
“The finished product performs well and appears properly installed. However, the ordering and pricing process required significant oversight on my part. Documented discrepancies in color selection and pricing entries were difficult to reconcile, and requests for clear, written comparisons were met with resistance rather than investigation. While the end result is solid, the process did not reflect the level of administrative precision I expect at this price point. I would recommend Power with the recommendation that customers remain highly engaged throughout the project.”
