Once an agreement has been made, a phone call would save customers time from waiting at home, only to have no one show up. I also was not comfortable sharing paystubs with the person who came to the house. If I decide to pay instead of charge, then I should be allowed to pay without the extra questions. That was my first red flag.”

“Overall I am happy with the product so far. The installation crew was what I was nervous for the most, but ended up the best part of the entire Power experience. Those guys worked hard, were professional, and did an amazing job. The sales and constant miscommunication really hindered the process. The project was set back multiple times after being pressured to do it right away that we ended up having them installed the day before my C-section. The stress throughout the entire process was less than ideal, especially when you are spending a large amount of money.”
“The siding crew failed to clean-up each day. Failed to magnetically sweep for nails/screws after project completion. Broke my back water spigot and cut my sprinkler system wire. The crew was very forceful in removing my new gutters and failed to replace them properly. They placed screws along the inside of my gutter instead of properly fastening to the house. The gutter are out of alignment. Proper sealing around gas pipes and other item was not done. Thus a gutter crew I'd scheduled and a different siding crew will come fix what the original siding crew failed to do properly. It's yet to be determined about the sprinkler system wire and faucet. This is the worst job ever performed by Power. Not sure I can recommend them.”

“We had the work done in two stages. The first stage was four windows; we had not determined a time that we were going to commit to the rest of the project. Before the work was even done on the first stage, Power called us to schedule a "quality assurance" follow-up. Someone from Power came by at the scheduled time (right as the first stage was being completed), took a quick look at the work that had been done, and then immediately sat down to try to sell us on finishing the project. During that QA follow-up, we did end up committing to the second stage of the project. After the second stage of the project was finished, we never heard from anyone about a "quality assurance" follow-up for the second stage. The fact that the QA follow-up was only offered on the incomplete project, leveraged as quality assurance, and not performed on the completed project reveals it to be just another door-to-door sales pitch. This feels incredibly disingenuous. Although we got a quality product at a price that we were persuaded was fair, if this is how Power does business, we can't help but feel like we got taken for a bit of a ride.”
