We are waiting going into the third week to get one thing that did not pass inspection repaired other than that. We are highly satisfied.”

“I was waiting to complete the survey when the job was informed but today i was told the gutters are the last part of the project. My electrical out cover was broken, my fence door is broken, an awning was put up when i specifically stated that we were unsure if we wanted that put up and wanted to be asked before they reinstalled the item (i called Friday as soon as i was notified the awning was put up), an electrical outlet is not completely installed and left hanging. These are only a few things that I saw. I also thought that at the end of the project we would have a walk around to go over everything. My mistake.”

“With poor and inconsistent communication, it makes it really hard to know what to expect and makes it feel likes you are being swung back and forth. It makes you wonder if you got what you asked for or what you paid for. Power employees made it very clear that they thought that other Power employees do things the right way, but what the right way was seemed to vary depending on who you were talking to. The reassurances that I got over the phone about my questions started to feel like an attempt to get me off the phone and make me be the next person's problem.”
“There was ABSOLUTELY ZERO PROJECT MANAGEMENT INVOLVEMENT during the execution of the job. Despite what the sales people said Power simply sells a job than hires a crew. There is absolutely no construction management or oversight until Power realizes they might not get paid. I would have had a much better quality job at a fraction of the price if I had taken my own measurements and ordered the windows and doors at Lowes or McCoys and did the installation myself or hired my own crew.”
“Communication and performance was lacking throughout the project. When the trim work was done, I was very dissatisfied with the performance and communicated the same to project manager, sending pictures of specific areas needing to be addressed, he agreed. Also, I accumulated a box of used material littering my yard and sent them a picture, as they did a very poor job cleaning up the yard, including aluminum, nails, screws, etc. In addition, I could not open my front door, as it was blocked from opening due to both rubbing against the soffit and blocked by gutters. After 4 times attempting to rectify the issue, the contractors fix was that it was nailed up higher, both tacky and unprofessional.”

“Everything was great. One piece of capping was a little wavy. I sent them a picture and they came back right away to adjust it. Our house is noticeably warmer right away. Overall great service and glad we never have to worry about it again”
