Not replaced as of yet.”
“Telling you how you didn't would be much easier. I wish 0 stars were a thing. Salesperson says anyone who quotes 25 grand for this work is ripping you off by taking shortcuts. Anyone who says more than 50 is ripping you off by charging too much. Of course you gave me the Goldilocks "just right" price of 42 thousand. Except the day of install it was 12 grand more due to some cedar crap under the shingles that no one could have possibly ever seen or known about, not even an amazing, best in the country roofing company like you. Threatened to throw you off the job until the price was "only" 5 grand more. Then, amazingly, during the post job walk through I'm told it's a miracle you were able to get the new gutters on because of how rotted the trim is, & how every foot of fascia & soffit needs to be replaced. Another 14 grand. No wait, if we do it today we can do it for 10. Give me a break. This is all so scummy & transparent. First of all, realize you blew WAY past the ripoff price that YOU established. Secondly, on Wednesday the gutters go up to your insanely high, most awesome in the industry standard but by Saturday the integrity of the entire house is in peril if a sparrow farts near the rotted trim. I'm not a moron. You can't have it both ways.”
