The instal was mostly satisfactory with a few small issues with the end caps on the gutters being installed lazily and the color being scratched off to show metal. A hole was also cut to be a little larger into my deck for the downspout spout and it was a very rough cut. Cleaned everything up pretty well aside from leaving a cut out piece of sharp metal on my deck”

“Your first person, Cesar, said that he would be the one handling everything for me from here on out - and that was not the case. I asked for changes to several aspects after his visit, non were honored. The workers that installed the roof were exceptional, but they were working in the rain - and the materials were dropped off a day or two before and again... rain. So, safety purposes it was not a real, respectable action to force working in the rain. What if someone fell off my roof? What insurance would have handled that? Who is around to watch out for the best interest of the workers? Also - a major fault was when I asked for 2 doors. Only one was measured and then was told to me that the secondary person to come out would be helping measure and plan out the extra second door on the side of the house. The secondary person who came to 'finalize the front door' did not help measure or assist with the side door and I am still left without a side door. I was told many times while asking for help getting a quote/install for the side door to 'just ask for next time' 'that is a separate quote' 'you can just call back and make another appointment and have a project for that side door'. None of these experiences are copacetic to truth, honesty and transparency. This was a large business with many moving parts. I understand the cause and need for employment and jobs, but I was not happy with the service provided when handling these issues. I was very adamant to speak with Cesar regarding the safety of the workers and I was able to speak with him, but all other experiences were based on customer satisfaction and the continued help with getting everything installed and managed properly. But that did not happen, I am going to be forced to accept not having the second door, and you also have to understand I have 3 more properties that I was in the process of renewing/remodeling and none of the properties will be handled by Power Home Remodeling due to this oversight. Customer satisfaction... lacking. Too many Indians and not enough chiefs - what an interesting turn of events for this situation.”

“Initially, we signed up to do four windows and a door. When they sent the person out to measure, even though they had already measured the first time, they send a second person to check measurements. We were told that one window was too small, and they would not be able to replace that one. We have already discussed not doing the door right now, just do the windows. After hearing that, it was kind of disappointing. We said it was fine, and would just deal with it. We got the windows done, and after they were done, the quality assurance person came out. This person is not just quality assurance, he is an up seller as well. I told him about the window and that we were disappointed to not get the window done. He ends up measuring it and tells us that they have a certain person on the team that they trust to cut into the dry wall and replace the window. He said if they did the window, we would have to do the door as well because they don't just come out for one window. It was upsetting that they could have done the window after all, so why not send someone out to remeasure and see if you have the person that can do it and include that window the first time. It was like it was set up, and they wanted to talk us back into the door, so they left the window out since they knew we wanted that, and they had an opportunity. He told us we can do the window, but you have to do the door as well. Then, we noticed when the quality assurance person came out, we told him, he there is this part of the window that they did not put the caulking in one area. He tells us, ok, he will have him come back out today or tomorrow to do that for us. After the whole conversation, we said we were not going to do the door and since you can't do the window on its own, we do not need anything else. We never saw the guy that was supposed to come out and fix the caulking. I was going to go on social media as I have a lot of reviews on Google and blast the company. I was kind of thinking I would wait to call someone and see if they will resolve it since I am also a business owner. I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix things. I have been so busy that I have not had the opportunity to call in.”
