“The only thing I was disappointed in was the new location of the blinds in my window spaces. I realize I initialed a paper that said that the blinds would not fit back into the same spaces. However, understanding it, and seeing the results are two different things. In some respects, the blinds are not centered on the inside wall, which is not a very attractive look, and also having the blinds repositioned on the inside wall, allows for outside visual access to inside activities at night when the interior lights are on. Blinds are supposed to be installed within the window well/opening to keep this from happening. It almost makes the purchase of new blinds to cover more than just the entire opening necessary. And I don't quite know how I am going to handle that. I would make sure anyone (to whom I was recommending your service) knew exactly what happens in this particular situation.”

Probably but maybe not. I left a telephone message (actually it ran over so TWO voice messages were left) for someone who said he was my new customer contact (sorry - may have been Jeff? I cannot recall & do not have his contact info or that email). But no repl from anyone! So what does a customer do ? Leave a ground level basement window unsecured?! … and you think PELLA is top notch? Nope. Neither is your customer service. The other window when locked has room for the sashes to move a bit. We want this checked too as it may affect air leaks and my heating & cooling costs … do you care? You should. And the garage rear entry door — why is there extra wrapping at the bottom of the frame? Does the door not fit the frame? The salesman told me that only works “for a while” … yet it has the same spacer I had to apply in the old door to keep the sunlight (& water) out! If you really care you will contact me after getting this terrible rrview”
