Another situation was the 1st day of job start , I waited about an hour after crew was supposed to show up before calling and found out then that nobody was showing up till after noon.So instead of being tied up here for 1 day it was 2 days and then a 3rd day 3 weeks later when bathroom window came in after reorder . Whole process started out smooth , then turned into a circus !”

“I was a repeat customer since my roof was replaced by Power yrs ago and I was extremely happy. So because of that work, I was of course inclined to use Power again for gutters ( and also committed to replace some of my windows due to the incentive for better pricing. I was told my windows definitely needed replacement too. I can’t give feedback on the quality of the work yet because I have to wait and see how the gutters work , and if the windows keep the cold out this winter. Thus the reason for my middle of the road rating. On the surface all looks great though thankfully. The major issues I had was regarding communication. I spoke with at least 10 different people over the course of my small project and often I had to repeat my feedback over and over. I never felt my questions or requests or feedback was passed along to the next person who called me. It was very frustrating. Every person was very professional and accommodating on the phone, but then often I again had to repeat things and I kept asking “aren’t my previous comments in my record?” When my roof was done I had one main contact who constantly stayed in touch I didn’t have all these different contacts calling which made it very disjointed and difficult . I’m also not a fan of the app. I wanted hard copies of my contract and warranties for my files, since I had no printer. I was told they’d be happy to mail all appropriate paperwork to me after project completion- which was fine, but I have received nothing. To me that is not an unreasonable request. I also have one other issue that is unresolved. During the original pricing appt, one item I was assured would be not be a problem regarding an adapter on the gutter leader, turns out is a problem,and is not resolved. So my initial concern turns out was/is an issue still! If a friend or relative asks for a referral right now I would explain all of what I just mentioned above and say “incomplete””

They represented to me how the job is going to be done, and the quality, certification, and warranty were very good. On the other hand, the actual work that was done didn't meet my expectations as to what was in the presentation. The salesman, when they showed me the job that would be done, the actual work was just average.”

Before I knew what was happening I signed another contract, when I tried to cancel, the manager and the person on the phone said someone hat to come out with papers. They pushed the appointment out to the last day I could cancel , postponed the appointment till later in the day, and after more lieing about the poor quality install of my trim and gutters he said" Don't judge us by the job we do but how well we fix it". I said I wanted to cancel the siding. He got upset and left without singing anything. Your professionals sealed live birds in one soffit vent, put soffit right over an outlet, and all the vents are over plywood with no vent past it. Do you expect me to let these amateurs do more work?? They couldn't do it right the first time and they are trained by Power Home Remodeling. If they don't know that it's wrong to begin with, how are they going to fix it? I believe your manager tried to get me on a technically and push the three day window for cancelation so he could make a sale.”
“Salesperson not attentive to customer requests, used misdirection and fears to make customer feel boxed into a corner, cited mold, lead, and asbestos issues but only possible asbestos in siding issue actually addressed. Other issues were false. Worn deteriorating trim and Facia boards not replaced during siding and trim installation even though customer requested it, and it was pointed out as problem needing repairs. Badly worn areas replaced after call back.”
“1. One of the big selling points was how the windows would reduce the heat to 1%. I don't feel any heat reduction. When I called to ask about that it appears that selling point is now a finger pointing topic. Someone told me but no one I have spoken with and therefore you are sorry. 2. I was given an app so that I could track the progress of my window installation. Once I signed the documents the installation date appeared. So for the next 3 weeks or so that was the extent of the communication. No follow-up on what to expect or when. So of course since didn't hear from you I didn't know or understand that the 8:00 am - 10:00 am was the WINDOW the installation would start. The installation crew didn't show up until after 9:00 am. At this point I didn't know what to think. I had to call you! The app didn't provide an updated arrival time. It seems like that app serves you and not so much the customer. 3. The subcontractors. I didn't know subcontractors would be doing the install. I can't say enough about them. I was instructed to remove all the window blinds prior to the installation day. I did that. The subcontractors removed the brackets that held them. I expected them to put them back when they were done. They did not. It took me days to get the brackets back in. They also left their unfinished drinks in my daughter's bed room. They scraped walls by leaning the windows against them. There was debris everywhere. The caulking around the windows was completed by them running their fingers through the caulk and smoothing it around the windows. There was no attempt to make it neat. 4. The project supervisor showed up an hour our two after work started and left shortly after. 5. Outside of this survey no one has bother to follow-up. For what those windows cost me I guess I thought I would hear from someone.”
“The product and install were mostly good. Some of the promises made were not kept such as the front door was supposed to have two locks. Both doors we got are difficult to close and need to be pushed in a second time after closing. We informed power home remodeling that we were going to get screen doors, however the front doors lock shoots out too much to accommodate a screen door.”
