“I was scheduled to have my attic insulation installed on 2/5, but nobody showed up. I was told they didn't give the information to the install team, even though I received a call the night before for confirmation. Also, the times on your app do not correspond with the times given to me by your team. Also, the insulation installer left a mess in my driveway of the little green clips and cardboard pieces, as well as a fast food beverage cup.”
