The office staff, in particular, qickly gave us answers to questions or connected us with key people who could assist. Work crew members were punctual, worked very hard and did a great job cleaning the site and preparing left-over materials for pickup (unfortunately it took more than a week for those materials to be picked up). Gutter Project Manager, Kevin, went well beyond the scope of his responsibility to expedite completion of some tasks (related to the SIDING phase) and to arrange for correction of two problems (improper installation of frame around spigot and repair/stabilization of deck railing after siding installation). He also was present when work began on the gutter phase. This was extremely helpful because the wrong size gutters had been ordered (6", rather than 5"). He directed his crew to remove the gutters they had already installed (on the back of the house), and to proceed with the installation of the drip guard all around to make good use of their time before they departed. Kevin also immediately contacted his office to rectify the materials issue. The two fellows (Sorry, I don't remember their names), who showed up to complete the unfinished tasks that had, until then, prevented us from signing off on the siding phase were amazing! Clearly experienced and competent. They installed the louvered vent, fixed the spigot problem (had to replace one sheet of siding to do so properly), replaced the UNTREATED, improper sized boards that had been used to secure the deck railing.”

“The first person from Power that came and told me about the roofing and about the company, because I had never heard of them before, was very professional and very good. I would give him 10 out of 10. He was a salesman without being pushy, he was very knowledgeable, very good. I have a very high opinion about Power because of the salesman that came to the house. Then, I was given a date for the roof to be done, and another date for the gutters and trim to be done. I got a call that they could not do it that week scheduled, and it had to be done sooner. It threw off my plans because I wanted to be here and meet them since I had questions. I said ok, that they could come. When they came to my house, I expected someone to knock on my door, with a shirt that had the company name on it, introduce themselves, go over the things that were being done. Instead, people just started working. I came out to ask questions and none of them could speak English. They all would point to one guy that did, and even he did not speak a lot. I could not ask my questions because of that. They did a good job, they were friendly and nice. They did not have a vehicle with the name of the company and did not wear a company shirt. I was very disappointed and did not expect it to be that way. I thought it would be more professional looking. They were supposed to come to do the trim and gutters on Saturday, but they did not show up or call. They ended up showing on either Monday or Tuesday. This time, they did have a company shirt, came to my door with a clip board, but I still did not understand him and he did not understand me.”

“The first day the works were late. Then they left early, did even finish half of the project. I went outside to find garbage that I had to pick up. They broke a shutter and nobody said anything. They asked if they could come at 8 the second day I told them I be here all day. Then they ask if they could start at 7. I said yes they came at 9:30. They still had to finish the up stairs, and the main floor. They did even start on the two sliding doors or font door till after 3. They had to stay till after 9 to finish everything. If they would have come on time. When we went outside the next day we found more broken shutters. The shutter were not all screwed in and they didn't use the blue screws that were on our. So know I have broken shutters with silver screws that have screws in them. I also am missing two screens. That are to come this Thursday. When they come out they said they would look at the shutters.”
