“Power company has very professional workers doing the roof installation. They do not sub contract their work which is great. There is also a manager onsite during the install. The communication is excellent and they have an app so you can clearly see every step of the way what is done. We have used Power for our roof, siding, gutters and some windows and have been very happy with the results. The lifetime and transferable Warrenty for labor is a plus also. We have been very pleased with the quality and workmanship of their work.”

“Power Home Remodeling is a door-to-door sale; steer clear. We agreed to a presentation and purchased windows only. That crew was great and provided the necessary documents for us to put in a rebate. Within a week of having the windows put in; Nik Kispert - Quality Assurance Mgr stopped by. He was just another salesman and scam artist. We agreed to purchase the front and sliding door. That crew lacked great teamwork, did not provide us with the needed paperwork for the rebate, job complete, etc, and did not have the proper supplies to install. After that project was complete; no Quality Assurance Mgr ever came by nor called. Finally, calling two weeks in, telling them of the problems or the second job, they sent out an employee to adjust the doors. Pointed out that drywall screws were used to secure the doors; no plugs markers where screws were to be place. A comment was that Power Home Remodeling ran out of the needed supplies, was still waiting for them from the manufacturer and used what they had. For any paperwork (invoice) regarding the full project or signed rebate forms; the employee at the office, when we finally got through, told us that it is not something they give out unless asked by the customer. Amazing, they gave me the paperwork after the 1st project via email within a couple of days but not the second. Power Home Remodeling does not have a strong quality within them to provide a good home remodeling install service; they are quantity ($$$) not quality (workmanship) of a business.”
