Very professional company. Charles (owner) came to my home and gave me his recommendation on what type of insulation was needed for the attic and the cost. The crew was on time and took the time to answer any questions which I had before the insulation begin. The floors were protected by drop cloths and an attic tent was installed on the drop down stairs. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again

In my interaction with Charlie from Aladdin, I reached out as a local real estate agent who was representing a buyer in a due diligence period. After a general home inspection flagged some issues with the attic insulation, I reached out to Aladdin Insulation to get a professional evaluation and a cost estimate for my client. Unfortunately, my experience with Charlie was shockingly unprofessional. From the moment he answered, he was interrogative and aggressive. When I explained that we needed an estimate to understand future costs, he rudely told me, "You don’t own the home, your client doesn't own the home... only the seller can request an inspection." As an agent, I found it concerning that he didn't seem to understand the basic right of access granted during a contractual due diligence period. He then accused me of simply wanting a "negotiating chip" to lower the home price and questioned if we would even do the work. I asked him how else a buyer is supposed to know if there is a legitimate issue or what the cost to remedy it would be without a professional estimate? That is the entire purpose of his business, yet he treated the request as a personal affront. He was dismissive, constantly cut me off, and spoke in a hostile tone. While he eventually quoted a $300 inspection fee, which we were perfectly willing to pay; his assumption that we wouldn't, combined with his aggressive demands for payment and written permission before even discussing a schedule, was the final straw. A business thrives on integrity and respect. Based on this interaction, I have zero trust that Charlie would treat my clients with kindness or professionalism. I will not be using this company, nor will I ever refer them to my colleagues or future buyers.

Charles, the owner, was not only always responsive but also incredibly helpful throughout the process. Eric and his on-site crew were a delight—friendly, communicative, and always ready to assist. They did a wonderful job, addressing all my questions with expertise. I'm very pleased with their friendly and knowledgeable service, which went above and beyond. Aladdin Insulation did a great job insulating our attic. The guys were prompt, clean and followed through with everything that was committed to from installing baffles in the soffets to sealing plumbing pipes in all bathrooms. It has only been one day, but I can already tell that the insulation is doing its job. I highly recommend them.
