“They cleaned the windows, which I didn't expect. That's very good. They cleaned the kitchen pretty well, and the floors in general. I think they don't spend enough time cleaning the wooden floors. They vacuum a lot, but I don't know that they use enough elbow grease to clean the wooden floors. One time I was there and noticed that there were three of them there, it took 3 hours of manpower, and they left in an hour. The whole home was done in one hour. There are some rooms they don't clean because I have a note saying not to clean those rooms. There are two or three rooms they don't even clean, and they finish in an hour. I don't think they pay enough attention to the wooden floors. There are still stains on the floor. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to use their own product. They like to do a good job, and they do the windows, which I didn't expect. They do a lot of details I didn't expect. On the other hand, there are some details I did expect that they don't do. It's mixed.”

I didn't call just once; I have left my number at least a dozen times. I already hired someone else after them not answering or calling back. There is a problem somewhere. Including the phone call dodging, I would grade them a 5 because they didn't return a call for return service. The quality of work and customer service were very good. I would like to rate this all excellent.”
