That was the best—when you have to buy a $2,000 piece of equipment and the guy is just honest with you, you want to buy from somebody like that when you don't really have a lot of money. It was nice for him to be on our side. We were actually using them for a second opinion; we currently have a heating and plumbing person that we're in contract with until the end of the year, but we are more than certainly going to end our service agreement with the other company and move over to Prestige once the year is up and we get closer to purchasing the air conditioner. I'd definitely give them an A+.”
