“I called One Stop Pro because the lights in a cupboard in my kitchen had gone out. They had to come back 3 times and were not prepared in any of those visits. There was damage done to my kitchen floor where a drill had hit it. There was damage done to the inside of the cabinet where the lights are. I tried to speak to the owner of the business and he was not helpful.”

“They charged me for installing my dishwasher and it leaked. They told me the dishwasher was defective. The dishwasher was brand new. I called GE and they came out and showed me where they put a hole in the drainage pipe that caused the leaking. I had to buy new parts they had damaged. I had to pay for installation three times. GE knew what they were doing. GE installed it correctly.”
