First time calling McHenry Heating and Air. Technician JASON arrived within a couple hours of my call. He was so smart and courteous and clean. Fixed the problem right away so we could heat our home. Price was very fair. GREAT COMPANY!

Chris at McHenry Heating and Air was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood all of the repairs. Services were scheduled the same day, furnace is now in great working order, and I highly recommend this company and its employees (like Chris!) who go over and beyond to meet customer needs. My experience with the service tech and the installation team (needed to replace a 26 year old Trane) were top notch. This was my first time dealing with McHenry HVAC but they are my go to dealer now. Fair pricing and as it turned out next day installation.

We have a tankless water heater that needed flushing. Chris came out, determined what needed to be done and verified with his boss the best way to approach the install. Although it required additional parts, that Chris bought at Home Depot, there was no additional charge. Once the valves were installed, which required cutting existing pipes and moving an expansion tank, the unit was flushed. Thanks for the great job Chris.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot thank Shaun and his crew at McHenry Plumbing enough for coming to my rescue on such short notice. Late Thursday night, we had a major plumbing emergency — water was pouring out of the floor drain and leaking from the base of our downstairs toilet. We called Black Diamond, and while they were out from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and rodded the line six times, the problem wasn’t resolved. We were then told it would cost around $7,000 to excavate and replace piping. Thankfully, a friend referred me to McHenry Plumbing for a second opinion. Shaun called me back the next morning and was at my house within 15 minutes. He assessed the situation, fixed the issue THAT DAY, and saved us from a huge, unnecessary expense. The honesty, compassion, and no-nonsense professionalism were unmatched. We finally have peace of mind and are able to use our water and drains again—all thanks to them. The service was exceptional, the pricing fair, and the integrity rare. I will never call another plumbing company again. Truly grateful!
