And he also suggested what I might do to fix it, so I was very appreciative of that. I would grade them an A.”

They diagnosed the problem and got it fixed the same day. They came a couple of hours later than they were supposed to, but they let me know, so that was fine. They didn't throw away the filter, but my neighbor went over and threw it out.”
