“I liked the people I've dealt with Jon, Gary and Ladies at the office BUT I do have one concern. Gary told me since I had a new furnace installed in July I saw no need to use the MVP to have it checked Again, but that I could use it for the Spring Air conditioner check. I have had several ladies call me to have it checked and I repeated this and they said OK, but I just got another call????? Am I going to lose the MVP I paid for??????????? If so, I am NOT going to be very happy!!!!”

“We had our furnace stopped running early in the morning during the polar vortex 2019. It was even worse because only my wife and kids were at home as I was on a business trip. A technician from AWE was very responsive for our emergency situation and came in 5 hours after we had the phone call. The technician found and resolved the issue (frozen inflow and outflow pipes outside). But, I gave 3 stars because of the price compared to what had to be done (removing ice in the pipes). I was told over the phone that $150 will be charged due to the non-business hour service. In the end, they charged $190 for some reason. But, I decided not to track down the reason. I appreciate their responsive service, but it is over priced. ”

“Chris the salesman did an excellent job of explaining the different Lennox furances and air Conditioning systems. He made a proposal and followed up, answering any questions that I had. The installers Rob Bong and Jesmar Rangel did a fantastic job installing in the 2 Lennox Furnaces and 2 Lennox AC units. They cleaned up and vacuumed at the end of each day. They were very professional. So far, I am very pleased with AWE. Jim Byrnes ”
