I have a maintenance contract with them where they service my apartment building, HVAC, electric, and plumbing. Then, they replaced central air conditioning units for each of the apartments. I had an issue after they didn't clean up one day, so I called the project manager and the next day they had a crew out there, cleaned everything up, it looked like new.
