The drip pan underneath the air conditioning unit melted from a previous accident, and they came in and made a new drip pan; and of course the water had dripped down and taken out the control board, so they had to replace that. They thoroughly tested the system, so they did a good job. I'd give them an A. He even tried to put little booties on his feet before coming in the door and I said, 'That's OK.' A couple of times we tried to interact we were missing each other. Their punctuality was good. They called before they got there, so I knew they were coming. They were very clean. I even dropped a light bulb, and I said, 'I dropped it. I'll clean it up.' He said, 'No. We're going to clean that up.' I already have recommended them.”
“They did plumbing work, and basically I signed a service contract with them to check my air conditioning and furnace, things like that. I also bought a new washer. So, they had to come and disconnect and reconnect because the plumber has to do it. Then I had them install a new tub area in my house. They ripped out what was there and installed new walls, a new tub, and fresh shower doors. They basically had what I wanted, and they do good work. The workers were nice. They were polite, and they answered my questions. The one thing that I didn't like about them is, they don't ever seem to show up on time. It's always like, 'Oh, the truck or this happened or that happened.' They did show up on time once. One of the times they showed up late, it was because I guess somebody forgot to write it down that I had called and made an appointment. They ended up doing it later at night, like about six o'clock. That's basically the only complaint that I have. There's ninety percent positive. If they could get that straightened out, I think they'd be good. I'd give them an A. I have recommended them to friends or colleagues.”
