“They are great. I love them. It's keeping my yard from flooding over. I needed something to keep the leaves out of the gutters, and there is no mess. All that goes in is the rain; the leaves go off, and they're perfect. I would grade the overall experience with an A+. They did great. Quality of work—I own an old Victorian, and they knew how to put all the curves and all the little thingies; they did a wonderful job. And it was quick—one day, and they were done. Cleanliness—I had had my house painted previously and, unfortunately, the painters left a big mess outside that I had to clean up. These guys picked up everything—I think I picked up one little tiny piece of something that slipped off, but that was no problem. They cleaned up and did a wonderful job.”

“When I was considering Beldon's, I check with neighbors in my area who used Beldon's. One of the complaints was the lack of follow-through once the product was installed. The caulk used in installing my gutters was not only sloppily done, but they used gray caulk for a white gutter.”

“I liked that they were very prompt when they came out; they were quick to schedule the project and finished in a day, so that was really a nice treat—actually, a half a day. I would grade the overall experience with an A+. In terms of quality of work and expertise—I'm having to replace some of my wood where they took off the old, because I had gutters before, and they had to take them off. So, it wasn't their fault. I had them come out and they said, 'Well, that just happens, because they go to the other one.'—but they didn't show it to me at the time. So, I found out when we had rain. But they did a good job. It's just, having to fix the wall of my house now. Customer service sent somebody out to look at it, and said it was my problem, not theirs.”
“That's been a while. Two comments. First: I'm in a townhome and there's a line that went where the old gutter was. It goes underground to drain into the street, or it goes under the sidewalk. So, they just put it back in there, but I don't think that water is going anywhere. I think it's just bubbling back out. So, my preference would be if they were on top of the ground instead of under the ground, so that it could have been diverted to the sidewalk or something. Second: The only other thing is when I first talked to them, I was supposed to get a gift card for scheduling a meeting; and then another gift card when I purchased. I got one of the two. But the gutters are good. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”
“They did leave, and there are still out there—in one of my flower beds—the posts that go into the house that hold the gutters up, the old ones—there are some left out there. They were supposed to go over it with the metal things; they didn't. The gutters work great. Other than that, I don't have any problems at all. We've had some belly washers, and the gutters work. I would grade the overall experience with an A+. Quality of work: they're up there; they look secure—they seem to secure. Cleanliness: OK, except for those few rods in some of my flower beds. Recommendation: they were here, they got the work done, and they left; I was not inconvenienced.”
