Got a assessment set up via their Costco partnership. Had Steve come out and do an inspection today - he was very forthright and transparent. Told me clearly that, due to the unique build of my home, leafguard wasn't going to be a good fit; they weren't going to be able to address the areas of major concern for me. This kind of transparency and honesty is what all service businesses should aspire to. I appreciate that the tech's honesty; instead of chasing his commission, he put my needs as a potential client first. While it didn't work out for me as a solution, I would recommend this business to others - you don't run the risk of shady business practices with these folks.

Our initial interaction with our Sales Representative Anne I. was superb! She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful! My gutters look great! But, since the installation over two weeks ago, I have called twice about the condition my property was left in and I am thoroughly disappointed. There were tools left behind, a hammer left on my roof, debris left on my food, landscape lights broken, water faucet knob broken, aluminum scraps left behind, cable lines left hanging, and I am still picking up screws around my property!

I had an excellent experience with LeafGuard, and I want to recognize the entire team for their professionalism and quality of work. My sales representative, Bobby, was extremely professional, polite, and courteous during his visit. He showed me a detailed video of what was happening with my gutters — including standing water, rotten wood, and missing screws — which helped me clearly understand the issues. He also walked me through several options that fit both my needs and my budget. The installation team was just as impressive. They were professional, polite, and courteous throughout the entire process. They did a wonderful job installing my new gutters and made sure the work area was completely cleaned up before they left.
