“The office got back to me quickly, were responsive, and scheduled the work quickly. We had our walkways and stoop power washed and they did a very good job, we were happy with the result. They quickly sent an invoice and the whole experience was stress-free.”

“I had two interactions with them. They refinished my deck. They did an excellent job, but it was hard to get a hold of them sometimes. After they were done, they didn't send me a bill. I had to remind them of that. I think their work is excellent, but the organization is not there.”

The only painful part is they only take checks; there is no electronic way to pay even though the bill comes via email. But they do a quality job on my 3 story house every time which was something hard for me to find prior!”
