“I did not have a good experience with the crew and their manager during the install. Clean up was done very poorly. Also it should not have taken 11 hours to install a roof on a townhouse. I had to finally ask them to complete the job as they were just talking among themselves. The gentleman who was supposed to be in charge did not adequately communicate with me by phone on install day. When I did speak to him after a complaint to a Nu look staff person the next day, he was argumentative and defensive. Very unprofessional.”

“Overall the process and quality of work was great. We were very pleased with Nu Look. However, no one communicated to us about our skylights being removed during the installation process. This resulted in our kitchen table and work-from-home computer equipment being covered in roof debris. Otherwise, the job was done well.”
