We had a great experience with our garage door replacement with Allen Doors. They provided a timely estimate, and their price was fair and came in lower than the competing estimate we considered. They helped us decide color selection and explained the process clearly. We wanted a windowless update in a similar color, and they delivered exactly that. Installation ended up earlier than expected and went very smoothly. I highly recommend!

Great experience with Allen Door Company. One of my garage door springs broke and I called them around 10 AM. They had Bill out to my house by about 2 PM the same day, which I really appreciated. Bill was friendly, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He replaced the broken spring, corrected some issues with that door, checked all of the rollers, and made sure everything was operating properly. He also went over my other garage door, which had never been installed quite right, corrected that issue and lubricated it. He then retrained both systems and made sure everything was working as it should before he left. I never got the feeling that he was trying to upsell me or add unnecessary work. He simply found legitimate issues, explained them and took care of them. A neighbor had recommended Allen Door to me after having a good experience with them, and now I understand why. Both garage doors are now in excellent working order. Prompt service, quality work and very professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely use Allen Door again and would highly recommend them.

If I could give Allen Door & Service Corporation 6 stars I would, but google only allows me 5 max. So I shall write this review in correspondence to my incredible services that I received. John came out same day within an hour of me calling early 1st thing during opening hours after unexpected and a complex detachment in a support piece of wood (100% my own customer error.) John was able to set me up with upgraded screws instead of old nails which gave way from a user error. John also was able to reset a tilted pulley catching on the door due to it being a compact design.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! Starting with my phone call with Kevin, who was incredibly patient and took the time to listen and answer my questions. To less than an hour later, Bill the technician arriving at our home and walking me through every step of the repair. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very trustworthy. It’s easy to see why this third-generation, family-owned company has such a strong reputation. They truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We highly recommend them for any garage door repairs—an exceptional five-star experience!

Allen Door Service was outstanding from start to finish. We had new garage doors and openers installed, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and incredibly well done. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. Our new doors look fantastic, operate quietly, and have completely upgraded the look and feel of our home. Communication was excellent throughout the process—every question was answered, and every detail was handled with care. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of quality and customer service. I would absolutely recommend Allen Door Service to anyone looking for new garage doors or openers. Truly a top‑notch experience.
