I would give zero stars if I could! I DO NOT recommend this company...USE ANYONE ELSE. Tech Adam came out and I immediately got bad vibes (I should've listened to my gut)!! He kept trying to upsale me when I simply asked for an ESTIMATE. Started taking things apart without my permission and when I said NO he tried to get me to give him money for his time when all I asked for was an ESTIMATE!!! I felt very uncomfortable and haggled by this guy I agreed to have springs changed out. Needless to say I felt something wasn't right with the work & had a friend come out to inspect. Adam DID NOT lubricate the springs not did he torque the springs properly to adhere to my garage door weight! When I called the company back they had him call and basically call me a liar! That he did his job correctly rather than trying to fix the situation. I am BEYOND upset & highly regret using this company's service. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

The technician, Michael, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything very clearly so I could understand what had happened to my spring and the door opener. I would rate this experience zero stars if possible. The technician arrived for a complimentary estimate but proceeded to overwhelm me with technical details. I had to step away briefly to tend to my young child at home, and upon returning, he presented me with a $295 bill for a sensor issue he admitted he could not resolve. He still demanded payment for his time. Being trapped in my garage with a stranger so close to my kids left me feeling intimidated and unsure how to respond. I strongly caution others against using this service.

A technician came to my home on 11/26 to give me an estimate for a garage door repair. When he first looked at the door, he told me the first panel could be replaced because that was the only damaged section. I asked for a price quote. He stepped outside for about five minutes to call his manager. When he came back, his story completely changed. He suddenly told me his manager said the panel could not be repaired and that the entire garage door had to be replaced. I asked why, and he claimed the door was a special order, discontinued, and that they would need to install something similar instead. He then quoted me 2,600 dollars for a new door, with another option costing 3,200 dollars. I asked for 24 to 48 hours to get more quotes and to contact the original company that installed the door. He told me that was unnecessary and insisted that every company would tell me the same thing. He kept repeating that the door could not be repaired and made it seem like I had no other choice but to pay the deposit. This morning, 11/28, I called around. Another company came out at 5 pm and repaired the door in 30 minutes. It cost me 575 dollars. I understand that businesses need to make money, but they should do it honestly.

"The salesperson and the people's workmanship has been outstanding! They are true to their word and prices are great. Excellent salesman! They excel in their promises and their craftsmanship is great! The workers are great. They repaired my garage while we were waiting for the rest of the pieces to come from them manufacturer, so my garage was feasible. Everyone provided exceptional service. Starting from the salesman, whoever came out to do the on-site inspection, and the workers who came, were knowledgeable. I even checked around to see who would be the best on prices. These guys were exceptional! They had my garage up and running in no time. They did a repair while we were waiting for the other parts to come, so I had a temporary fix until there was a permeant fix. My home was a brand-new home built this year. The company who put in the garage door made my door too short. Horizon Garage Door was able to make the garage different to accommodate my larger vehicles. They were even able to help and recommend expanding the height of it to accompany my vehicles and not hit my garage. They were exceptional. I have used other companies. They did very, very well. Also, even though I paid in full, it's a no hassle payment!"

I recall him suggesting some other things, but it wasn't anything that needed to be done right away, so I didn't feel like I was being gouged, and I definitely will use them again.
