“They were very responsive to get the issue addressed and taken care of. A lightning bolt struck my garage and it messed up the garage door opener so my car was locked in the gage. Horizon was quick to come out and solve the problem.”

It was an emergency garage door repair. They came out immediately. It was within 20 minutes. He took care of the immediate problem and then looked it over and said, "This piece is about to go out and I am going to replace it for no charge".”

I said, ‘Hey, I got an estimate and I asked if he could do the job and I haven't heard back and it's been two weeks.’ He said, ‘Oh! I'll have him get right back to you.’ He did. The work was done. We haven't had any problems with it. It was good work and they did come out here quickly to do the estimate. It was a weird lag between getting the estimate and getting the work done. I'd give the experience an A-. I would definitely recommend them.”
