“I don't know anything about garage doors or openers or anything like that. He didn't take me for a ride or anything. He was like, 'Oh that's a simple repair.' He did a little fabrication right there on-site. He had to run back to the shop to grab something and he was done. It was good. He got the job done and he didn't take me for a ride and it was cheap. It's a good business. I'd give them an A+ overall. They were on time and everything worked.”

After they came out and looked at the job and bid on it, they seemed to have a hard time getting it to fit, so they had to come back about three or four times putting a couple of different tracts in with a couple of different technicians. It was just a very painful experience. I'd give them a C-.”
“Basically, my garage needed a tune-up. It doesn't close properly. When it hit the floor, it came back. They came and they checked it, and they said, ‘The tune-up doesn't include all of it.’ They did some work and say if I want to continue, it costs $300 more. My case specifically, they missed little parts. They say I can do so much, but it costs me $300 more to adjust a little bit. After years, they spend a little time. I'd say C is fair. They told me it can last for 6 months. That's my concern. I spent more than $300 and it may not last longer than months. So far it doesn't give me any issues, but from the technician he mentioned six-seven months. Maybe it can last that long. For the service, I would expect it to be honest. If they fix that and they fix that, I expect it to last at least five years long. I don't want to spend three, four hundred dollars and in the end it only lasts six to twelve months. They were here on time. They came. If I know someone better, I will recommend them. I'm neutral. I'm not going to recommend them. You can find better ones, basically.”

“The technician who came through was too pushy and whatever the product they used was very cheap. After that, I got a couple of quotes. That day my garage door was locked and broken in the morning so I had to ask my colleague to send out some people. By evening, I couldn't find anybody and then these guys showed up and the technician was too pushy. Whatever product he charged me for was $190 for each spring. He used the cheapest product for that price. When I asked my colleagues some other providers in this area, they said it was $200 for each spring. I paid them $450 something. My two major complaints are one, he used the cheap product and quoted me the highest quality spring sale and he charged highest sale but gave me the cheap product. He charged sales tax on the service fee also. I asked him, because I know I saw sales tax on the product and not on the service. In our county, there's a sales tax. He explained to me that I live here and I need to pay that. I tried to call them later to complain, but everyday I didn't get a chance to call and complain. I'm not happy. I'd give them a B overall. He did a good job, but the product is not good.”
