Our garage door was giving an excess force message so it wouldn't open. Raynor installed the doors so I called in for help. Johnathan came over right away to inspect the issue. One of the spring components had broken. Johnathan explained that it was too dangerous to try and operate the door so we unplugged it while he ordered the part. Luckily, the new part arrived quickly and Johnathan was back to complete the repair. While he was here, he inspected our 2nd garage door and thouroughly explained the maintenance schedule we need to keep our heavy, wood doors running smoothly. Johnathan is an excellent technician. He's competent and caring. A combination I really appreciate so I have asked that he be our service technician for all future appointments. Thank you Johnathan.

We recently purchased a new garage door system from Raynor and even though the lead time on the new door was about a month, Raynor was able to accommodate an earlier install of the new opener to get our current door working. From an install perspective, Frank was extremely detailed, friendly, and worked efficiently to install the new opener and was available to answer any questions we had. He was actually the main catalyst for getting the new opener installed before our door arrives and had a customer-first attitude throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Raynor as a company and I would especially recommend Frank for installing your opener.

We had a new door installed in January and we are very pleased with the total experience. The salesman was friendly and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. The door was installed on a frigid day, without postponing, and the installer, Sean, was able to use his professional skills to obtain an air tight fit notwithstanding the uniqueness of our garage portal opening. We would highly recommend Raynor Door Company.

We had a new opener installed about 1 month ago and today there was a slight glitch and the door would not close. It was around 3:30pm so it was close to EOD. The customer service agent was so helpful to find someone who finished their job early and someone at my house within 30 minutes. Jeff was my service man. He made sure everything was working properly. I had him install a door bottom seal, as the one we had was torn and worn. He had the part and was finished in no time at all. Thank you Jeff for your wonderful service and thank you Raynor customer service for a job well done. 5 stars doesn’t seem to be enough, I’d give you 10 if I could but

Sean came out on a cold Sunday evening to an emergency repair to our door. It ended up to be a major repair and he did a wonderful job doing the work and got the door working better than ever. And Sean did this with the best attitude and professionalism. We have used Raynor for many years - and this is one example why we stay with them. Wonderful service with wonderful technicians.
