Our garage door was giving an excess force message so it wouldn't open. Raynor installed the doors so I called in for help. Johnathan came over right away to inspect the issue. One of the spring components had broken. Johnathan explained that it was too dangerous to try and operate the door so we unplugged it while he ordered the part. Luckily, the new part arrived quickly and Johnathan was back to complete the repair. While he was here, he inspected our 2nd garage door and thouroughly explained the maintenance schedule we need to keep our heavy, wood doors running smoothly. Johnathan is an excellent technician. He's competent and caring. A combination I really appreciate so I have asked that he be our service technician for all future appointments. Thank you Johnathan.

Raynor was amazing to work with. We ordered new custom doors and the team was able to help us find a custom design and perfectly match the color to the exact paint on our house. Installation team was top notch! They did a great job installing and when we had a minor issue, they came back that night to get us working ASAP. Highly recommend the Raynor team for new projects and maintenance!

We had a great experience with Raynor replacing our garage doors. While I live very close to Raynor's office and preferred working with a local business, we did price shop and found Raynor to be most competitively priced as well! The team was helpful working through our style and door preferences doing a good job informing us on options while still leaving all the decisions to us. Delivery time was as expected and the installation team did a great job, completing everything in a day and leaving nothing behind except a great installation. Highly recommend Raynor Door Company!

We recently purchased a new garage door system from Raynor and even though the lead time on the new door was about a month, Raynor was able to accommodate an earlier install of the new opener to get our current door working. From an install perspective, Frank was extremely detailed, friendly, and worked efficiently to install the new opener and was available to answer any questions we had. He was actually the main catalyst for getting the new opener installed before our door arrives and had a customer-first attitude throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Raynor as a company and I would especially recommend Frank for installing your opener.

We had a new door installed in January and we are very pleased with the total experience. The salesman was friendly and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. The door was installed on a frigid day, without postponing, and the installer, Sean, was able to use his professional skills to obtain an air tight fit notwithstanding the uniqueness of our garage portal opening. We would highly recommend Raynor Door Company.
