Our garage door was giving an excess force message so it wouldn't open. Raynor installed the doors so I called in for help. Johnathan came over right away to inspect the issue. One of the spring components had broken. Johnathan explained that it was too dangerous to try and operate the door so we unplugged it while he ordered the part. Luckily, the new part arrived quickly and Johnathan was back to complete the repair. While he was here, he inspected our 2nd garage door and thouroughly explained the maintenance schedule we need to keep our heavy, wood doors running smoothly. Johnathan is an excellent technician. He's competent and caring. A combination I really appreciate so I have asked that he be our service technician for all future appointments. Thank you Johnathan.

There were three goals I had with my recent purchase of a garage door. 1) I wanted an attractive garage door that will complement my home, give me the same trouble free operation as my now worn out 45 year old one, and would be easy to maintain. 2) I wanted a company that will stand behind the product and their installation, was helpful in the selection process and would work with me to meet my expectations. 3) A professional installation team that will come in, do it right, answer questions, and leave my property in as clean or better shape as arrival time. I purchased a top line door. My installation only happened 3 days ago, so we can't answer all my questions with conviction. I have to say, I have a great looking door, it operates silently, the installers were professional, meticulous, clean, and got the job done as promised. Based on the current Google review summary posted today, my experience seems to be the one shared by a majority of customers. If you're in the market for a new garage door, Raynor puts the odds for success in your favor. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in the process.

Raynor was amazing to work with. We ordered new custom doors and the team was able to help us find a custom design and perfectly match the color to the exact paint on our house. Installation team was top notch! They did a great job installing and when we had a minor issue, they came back that night to get us working ASAP. Highly recommend the Raynor team for new projects and maintenance!

When my garage door stopped opening, the first company I spoke to told me that I'd need a new door as well as a new operator—essentially, I'd need to replace everything. I got a second opinion from Raynor. Their technicians told me that my door would be good for many years to come and it was just the operator that needed replacing. They performed the work quickly at a price I was happy with. Now I have a working garage door and I saved thousands of dollars because I didn't need to replace the door itself. When the time comes for that, I'll be calling Raynor to do it.

Raynor door company is your only choice when coming to your garage door. I have used them in the past for maintenance and recently to buy and install a new door. It was very easy to get a quote which was honest and within our budget. The time from placing the order to install was very short! The installer arrived on time and was very respectful to us and our property, and did an amazing and immaculate installation.
