“I thought Chicago Metro was definitely A+. They were out here quick. They were good to work with. They've come out twice now for different things, and they've been excellent.”
“He was great. Our garage door was completely off track, and it happened to be that the last company put in the wrong part. It wasn't compatible with how heavy our door was, so the Chicago Metro technician went and got a new one. I would give them an A rating.”

“It was fine work. It was a positive experience. I'd give them an A. I had no issues at all. I'll probably end up using them again, so I'd say I'd be likely to recommend them.”
“The logic board went out because they used an LED bulb in the motor, so he changed that out. But that's not why we called them out. He changed the cables because he said they were old. The spring broke. I think my husband just wasn't used to the sound of the new cables, and the guy came back out to take a look at them and make sure everything was OK. And they did that for free, so that was a nice follow-up that they did. I think it's an A+.”
“That was like 6 months ago. I guess I'd give them an A.”
“I'd give them an A.”
“We've got a garage door that works just fine. The work was done back in late March. Everything is fine. The gentleman that came out did a nice job. I have no complaints, none whatsoever.”

“I've had one or two garage door repairs in the past year. It was good work. I remember it around April or May. It was just changing the springs on it. They were just changing some springs. Overall, it was pretty good. They were pretty fast. The guy came over and made the repair, so I was happy with the service. I would say they're an A.”
“I talked to the gentleman that came out and fixed the door. The spring or something broke. It was very nice. It was just a spring. Nothing stood out about the work. It was a busy day, because that was like the move-in day. I'd give them an A.”
“They fixed the garage door. It wasn't working at all, and their technician came out and got it working and adjusted a couple of things, and now it works. I'd grade them an A. They came right away, and they fixed it. I'd recommend them.”
“My garage door was 30 years old, and it was time for a new one. They had good manners. They were friendly, and as far as putting up the door, they did a good job. There was one little issue that popped up, and they resolved it pretty quickly. I'd give them an A.”
“It was a new home. We just wanted help changing the combination key pad, and we had three separate doors, so we needed the remote to work for three separate doors. I just liked that they stayed until they got their job done. It seemed somewhat complicated, but he persisted and made me hopeful and got it done. I'd give them an A.”
“The technician was good. He was smart. The wire broke. I'd give them an A. I have recommended them.”
“Those are the people that fixed my garage door. I don't know what they fixed. The spring broke or something like that. It wouldn't open or close. They came over and fixed it the same day. I enjoyed their responsiveness. I'd give them an A-.”
“They replaced my garage door.”
“They had to fix the garage door. It was kind of cracked in one place, and the lightning had hit the electrical part of it, so he fixed it. And it's been working. I'd say they're an A. They came right away. I thought they were really good and, in today's world, that's not happening so much.”

“The people from Chicago Metro Garage Doors were fine. They were on time, and they got the job done right. They replaced the spring on the door. I found them because they were recommended by a friend. I would give them an A.”
“It was fine. I liked that they came out quickly and fixed what needed to be done, not a thousand other things. He pointed out what rollers needed to be replaced and which ones didn't. There were rollers on the side that were old, and they replaced those. The door wasn't going back up. I think the main chain broke, so they put in a new cord that loops around. I'll say an A suits them.”
“Everything's fine. They came out on time, and the technician did the work right. We had no problems. The garage door wasn't going up and down, and he fixed it. I'd give them an A.”
“It was good. I thought the guy that came out was very professional. They were able to accommodate us. We needed a fast response, and they were able to do it. I thought the finished product was very good, and he explained things very well. They put in a new door opener. We had a company we were using before then, but they couldn't accommodate us fast enough, so we tried Chicago Metro Garage Doors. They get an A from me.”
“We replaced the springs on our garage door not that long ago. They got here quickly, which is pretty important when your garage door doesn't open or go up and down and your cars are inside. Their speed is good, and the guy was very courteous. They replaced the spring and the motor to pull my garage door up and down. I'd give them an A.”
“It was fine. I had a positive experience with Chicago Metro Garage Doors.”
“They did pretty good work. It was all positive.”
“The work was four or five months ago. They came out fast after we called, and they got the work done in a relatively fast time, as well. I needed my garage doors adjusted because they had become too heavy to lift. They did A-grade work.”
“We had them over twice, and I had a positive experience both times. They came very fast after I called them, and they seemed to have everything they needed to fix it. Both times, it was a half hour, and everything was done. We haven't had any issues with what they've done since then, so that's all I could ask for. We have two garage doors. First, our spring broke on one, and then it broke on the other. They did the same thing for the two different doors. I'd call them an A-rated company.”
“It was a while ago, but it was fine. The guy did a nice job.”
