“We had a very positive experience with BQ. They were very efficient, and they knew what they were doing. They did it in a very timely manner. They put in a drainage system, re-cemented our entire bathroom floor, and braced my first floor with some columns. We were very happy with the experience—A.”
“They installed a sump pump and dehumidifiers, and they put in stands to help support the foundation. They were just very efficient. The sales process was very good, and I really liked the people that did it. It was very straightforward, and they did the work quickly. It was all very efficient. They're an A+.”
“BQ Basement Systems did some foundation repair work in my basement. They successfully repaired my foundation, and they did an exceptional job of cleaning up their work area when the work was completed. I'd give them an A.”
“We've had two things done. I've had some of the cement levelling done by them and I had a dehumidifier installed. I've got nothing but great feedback for them. I would say A+.”
“They were a great company. They waterproofed the basement, installed bright wall on the walls, and redid the ceiling in the basement. I'd give them an A+.”
“They did a complete basement—they went around the edge, put the stone in and a new pump and all that stuff. I would say A.”
“No problems.”
“I had no problem with them at all. They're good. They installed a basement, support columns for my main beam in the bottom of the house. We'll give them an A. I haven't had to call them back to need them for their customer service, so that's an unknown. I think I would recommend them.”
“They solved a problem that we had been having for a while and they were pretty quick with it and things just went smoothly. There were no problems. The workers were courteous and efficient and all that good stuff. It was a year ago. It seemed like it was a pretty good experience all around. I'd give them an A.”
“They were prompt and did the job. Jack system. I'd give them an A.”
“I did have a very positive experience.”
“They did work for me last year. The foremen, the workers—they did a good job. They went and told me what they were doing and I was very happy with it. There was only one thing. We made a call and my son has to take a picture and fax it over to them because on the one spot, on the outside of the house, they didn't fix it right and it's not insulated or whatever. But, other than that, I was so pleased with the work that they did. They did the basement. I would say it was an A. They were very good with customer service.”
“They were straight to the point. They came on time and got to the quote, and it was simple and easy—that's what we liked about them. Their product was, more importantly, the simplest to use. We had a slab in a house that was falling in. They drilled some holes, pumped foam into it, laid the level, and left. It was the simplest job I've ever seen. They were great. It was inside the house in my laundry room and bathroom area. I'd give them an A+.”
“I liked that it worked, and they made the walls stop falling in. This was the first time I used the company. It's an old house, and it was starting to push in. If a friend or neighbor asked about them, I would say to try them—they work. I'd give them an A+ rating.”
“They're reliable. They fixed our foundation, and the customer service was very good. I did have to call them back, and they came. I've already recommended them. They deserve an A+ grade.”
“They were very professional and very polite, and they did good work. I had a floor in the kitchen that was sinking; they had to put concrete around the posts that were holding up the floor. I would recommend them. They get an A+ from me.”
“Everything got taken care of that I needed taken care of—I couldn't ask for anything more. They did foundation repair and installed a new sump pump. I liked the way I was spoken to and taken care of with this company, so I went with them. I would recommend them, and I'd rate them as an A.”
“I would grade BQ Basement Systems as an A because they did a good job.”
“We've been OK with BQ Basement Systems.”
“BQ is great. I liked everything, especially the fact that they gave us a small window of time for when they'll come, and they actually come in that window. Also, they explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I would recommend them, and I'd rate them as an A.”
“BQ Basement Systems was very personable. They were good. They found a different problem that we had, and they fixed that as well, which I appreciated. They did waterproofing work that turned into foundation repair. They earned an A grade.”
“BQ was efficient, and they answered questions easily. They're a good company. They did foundation repair in a crawl space, and I'd give them an A. They were good.”
“They were easy to communicate with, and their work was good. They did foundation repair, and I would give them an A.”

I had a very good experience. They're very professional, they were clean, and I was very happy with the service.

They did an excellent job. I'm very happy.

They have very good, quality work. They still have one part of the job left to do, so they'll be back, but I haven't had to call them for anything. They're an A.

I used BQ Basement Systems for water leaks. We had some cracks in the foundation of the basement, and water was coming in, but they fixed it. Their cleanup and everything was amazing. I didn't have any problems after that. I would rate them an A+.

We had a crack repaired in our foundation. I guess the service was the most memorable part. The repair itself is holding up. I briefly got to meet the workers that came out. They were very professional. They cleaned up everything, too. I'd grade them an A.

They were excellent, and everything was perfect, just as it should have been. I would grade them an A, and I would refer them to someone else—I already have.

They are excellent. They were just very professional, and they did a survey to understand where the problem was. They made more than one solution proposal and then made their recommendation and were very professional and knew what they were doing. I liked their expertise, and their skills, and their approach. They followed up quickly and got the work done professionally and on time. I'd recommend them to anyone. They were an A, and it was great work—I'd give them the best rating.

They were fine, and they did a good job. The technicians were fine. Everything was good and clean, and they picked up after themselves. I would grade them an A.

They fixed a leak in my basement. They gave me a price, and they did the job for the price quoted. They came on time. I've had the service done over a year ago, and it's been completely dry since they fixed it. I would say I'm very well satisfied with the service they provided. I would give them an A.

The gentleman who came out to give me an estimate, he talked over a number of different options with me so that it really was my decision what was being done, and I felt much more competent with him having explained everything. I didn't have to go with the most expensive options that he gave me, and he did not mind that I did not pick that, so it made his help very genuine. BQ gets an A grade.

BQ Basement did very good work. Overall, it was a good experience. They patched a crack in the foundation, and they did good, quality work. What was most memorable to me about working with BQ was that they were very knowledgeable. They kept everything clean. I wasn't home when they did the work, but the guy who came out to assess the situation was excellent. I would give them an A.

I'd give BQ Basement an A. I hired them because I had to get my house ready to sell. They were fine. They had to seal some cracks in my basement walls and floor. They also waterproofed around some areas, not the whole basement but the parts that were having problems with the concrete. They were very professional, showed up when they were supposed to, and followed up with emails and things like that.

It was a pretty good experience. There was a crack in the basement wall, and they put on a long patch that would kind of stretch if the crack got bigger. I chose BQ to do the work because someone mentioned the company to me before. I haven't used any other foundation repair companies, but from what they did down there, it looked like it was a pretty unique solution, putting a patch on that stretched with the foundation if the crack got bigger. I'd give their service a nine or ten out of ten; I didn't have any issues. They're an A+.

It was great. The work that they did seemed to be fine. They put reinforcement strips along the foundation wall. Everyone was very nice; they were fine. They get an A.

They did an excellent job, a wonderful job. They did some foundation and wall repair, and it stopped the water from coming in. They were clean. Considering it is a very messy job, they were as clean as can be. They were also polite, and they did it quickly. I was very pleased with them. In fact, I would recommend them and have recommended them. They get an A.

BQ provided a very positive experience.

We were happy with the result. BQ Basement fixed a crack in our foundation wall. I haven't had to call them back. They were fine. They get an A rating.

They were good; they did well, and it works. I had a foundation repair problem. They said they could fix it, and they did. I mean, that pretty much speaks for itself. I'll give them an A.

Everything was OK. They had to repair a crack in the foundation wall of the basement. The guy did a very good job. They came out, and they were supposed to do a complete job, but then they found something, and the guy was able to repair it with minimal digging and all that. There was a crack, and he fixed it, and so far it's held up pretty good. The workers that did the job seemed very professional, and that's what I liked more than anything. I did some research, and I just wanted to work with them from their reputation—they had a good reputation. I'd give them an A+.

They're very good. We actually had water in our basement, so they repaired some cracks in the walls. They put a whole drainage system around the walls that they thought we needed to go around. We looked around hard and found they were very professional. They weren't pushy as far as—we could've spent a lot more money or tried it another way, so they were just very willing to work with how we wanted to do it, versus pressuring us into getting maybe more than we needed. They put up a vapor barrier where the cracks were, and then they drilled all around the perimeter and put in a French drain for us. That's a big job, too. Then they call us once a year to come back and follow up; they just inspect it. They offer us other things they have, and if we don't want them, they don't pressure us. They've been great with the customer service—they really have. I would recommend them. I would give them an A+. We didn't have any issues at all.

BQ Basement gets an A+. Most recently they came out and did the annual checkup for our battery-powered sump pump. It went fine. They've done that for us—and they installed it—and they've done other work for me, too. They've done some foundation repair. If we have any issues with the basement, we'll definitely call them first. They're good people and they know their business. That's the important thing. They're a first-class outfit.

I had a very, very positive experience with BQ Basement Systems. They do good quality work, and they clean up, and they follow up very well. I would rate them an A.

They put in an escape window well in the basement. It involved quite a bit, actually. They had to get heavy equipment in and dig a hole. They had to cut a hole in the foundation, and then they lined the hole with this thing where you can crawl out the window and step up and get out—an escape route basically. It brought a lot of light into the workroom where there was none before, and we can escape if there's a problem. In New Jersey, it's required that you have two exits from a basement. They did a very good job. They were on time. They did what they said, and they did it well. They were very cooperative in arranging for building permits and stuff like that. They're an A.
