“The job was for my father's property. I was involved in a way. We had rented the home out, so none of my family was living it. We had the flooring changed when the renters came in, and then they ended up buying the house. It buckled pretty badly in the kitchen with that particular part of the flooring. All the carpets turned out fine. They came back and fixed it right away in the bathroom and then in the kitchen, but the kitchen still wasn't right. It took a few months to get them back out there. Last summer, it all got done. I would probably give them an A-.”
