“Tri-County Fence & Decks put a fence in for me at least a month-and-a-half ago. It was positive with the woman that I dealt with over the phone, who came out to do the assessment of what was needed. Then the crew that came out. I think the work was subcontracted, but the crew came out, and I thought they did a great job. And somebody from the company named Bruce came out to oversee their work, and I got a chance to talk with him during the course of installation to make sure a couple of issues I had noticed were addressed. All-in-all, I was very pleased. I would definitely give it an A+ and I'm pretty picky, so that's truly the way I feel about the whole experience. I've never had a fence put in before, but I would say they did the very best job they could, and I thought their materials were good. I had a split rail fence put in, and they agreed to leave a couple of rails behind in case I needed to put them on, if I had an accident and part of the fence got broken and needed to be replaced. So, they were just very responsive, and I thought the materials they used were exactly as they advertised. I called a couple of times, and I've called since to get some advice on what kind of materials he used to put on the fence to keep it from degrading quickly—I'm pretty happy about the way that went too. I would say I contacted them at a time when there were demands increasing for decks and fences, so I had to wait for the fence to be installed, but I think it was a reasonable time period—and their installation is always weather permitting, so they really don't know how well they're going to stay on schedule. I was patient and knew that I had to wait. I was a brand new homeowner of this property, so I figured that was something I just needed to bide my time, to wait for it to be completed.”
