Everything that they did was way beyond what we were expecting. Cleanliness—Like I said, he covered everything. Every time he walked in, his shoes were covered. He had a tough job. After my relatives messed things up, he came, he analyzed the problem, he told care of it. He came in and took care of the outlet that controlled the outside lighting, etc. He went up in the attic, checked the circuit breakers, and analyzed everything, and he took care of everything that same day. I know electrical work can be tough, but I had to take a whole day off from work, in addition to the half day I had already planned for. And they didn't do a great job cleaning up the pool area. There was all kinds of copper wire, and all kinds of stuff I had to clean up. Other than that, they did a good job as far as the actual installation. They did some installation. And the gentleman ran another wire in the ceiling in our master bedroom for the ceiling fan. That way, when we turn the overhead light switch on, the fan on the overhead light wouldn't be on at the same time. So we had to run a different wire. They knew what they were doing, and we're very friendly and nice. The biggest problem in the laundry room, they got that taken care of and got that fixed, so that my dryer would work. I would grade them an A+.”
