The crew showed up on time and finished a day early. They were friendly, professional and did a great job. Not only was the install of the mini splits functional, they did a great job with the appearance as well. Definitely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Lowry Electric, especially my technician, Tim. He installed my Tesla Wall Connector, and the entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Tim arrived on time, was extremely professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to answer my questions, explained the installation process, and completed the work with exceptional attention to detail. The finished installation is clean, organized, and looks fantastic. It’s obvious that Tim takes pride in his workmanship, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. My Tesla charger is working perfectly, and I have complete confidence in the quality and safety of the installation. If you’re considering an EV charger installation or need any electrical work done, I highly recommend Lowry Electric and specifically Tim. UPDATE: Shane from Lowry called to inform me that I was overcharged. Tech used the wrong charge code. Gosh I hope so. ***************************** Tried Lowry for the first time. Yes on courtesy, yes on all the stuff on their website, but all the tech needed to do was replace about 10ft of vinyl hose, the kind you can get readily, about the diameter of a dime, so when he told me the price was going to be $832.73 plus the $89 show-up fee, making it a grand total of $921.73 I was shocked. Why has the price of HVAC service gone up so much? Almost a thousand dollars to get a hose replaced!! I feel like I’ve been robbed! I paid because the water leaking all over my basement floor and under my furnace had to be stopped. But damn if I’m ever going to call them for service again. Don’t let that line about them being a family business sucker you too.

Tom did an excellent job. He came out promptly, explained everything clearly, and handled the work efficiently. He safely disconnected the shed electrical, cleaned everything up, and made sure the box was properly secured for future use. Pricing was fair, especially after discussing the scope, and there were no surprises. He was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend Tom for any electrical work. Update: 4/21/26 Great experience with Lowry Electric, Cooling & Heating. I first had electrical work done—fair price, no upsell, and the electrician gave me exactly what I asked for. Because of that, I scheduled an A/C tune-up. The technician arrived on time, understood exactly what I wanted, and stuck to it. Same honest approach and solid pricing. I trusted them after the first job, and they delivered again. Definitely recommend.

I have been a loyal customer of Lowry Services for years now. I have called for many emergencies like hot water heater and plumbing issues. Last Tuesday I woke up with no heat in the house. I am a caregiver to my 86 year old Mom. I called Lowry and tech was at my house right away to assess. The house heater was original with the houses built in the late 50’s. I had to have it replaced so sales rep soon came later that day explaining my payment options and installation process. I decided since I would have to replace the heater I would have central air installed. Thursday, January 15th Jacob and his team came early in the morning to start installation. He was professional and explained everything that would be replaced. He was patient answering questions and his team was just as professional. They completed the heater installation same day and then he returned Friday to install central air. Friday my Mom had a doctor appointment so we needed to leave before noon. Jacob was very accommodating and reassured they would have everything completed before noon and they did! I can’t thank him enough and his team for their efficient work and professionalism. It is so nice to wake up with heat and I look forward to having central air fir the first time this upcoming summer season! Thank you Lowry for your exceptional services!
