I contacted JDV to install a 50 amp line for an electric range. The line had to pass behind a 13’ set of built in cabinets and wooden countertop that could not be moved. The cabinets were on a cement slab at the back of our row home. There was a slight access on one side of the slab through the basement. It seemed a monumental task to me. Piro (electrician dispatched by JDV) was on time to appointment. He was friendly, well-motivated and professional in all our interactions. I felt clear at every step along the way as to the work being done and why. There was no pressure to upsell on options. Piro stayed in contact with his management team along the way. The work was completed in a timely fashion on the first trip. The work was done well and with a guarantee. The office called to confirm my satisfaction with the work.

Anthony was absolutely amazing to work with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely good guy—professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. The quality of his work was excellent, and he made sure everything was done right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable electrician. Piro was unbelievably transparent and informative. Joe called twice to inform us that Piro was running late. My initial experience with your organization was top notch. Piro gave me all the time needed to digest, ask questions, and ease my comfort with making this big decision. Piro was courteous, friendly, patient, and treated us like we really mattered. His professionalism and personality made my experience pleasurable instead of frightening. He exhibited compassion and kindness and a very real understanding of my position and hesitancy on making such a big decision. At no point did Piro "push me" or try to get a sale. He made me extremely comfortable the whole time. When Piro finished, he committed to follow up on a certain date and time and he contacted me as promised. I can't state enough positive things about my experience with JDV. As for the pricing, I cannot comment either positively or negatively, as this is the first time I have explored electrical work. Excellent work. We needed a Tesla charged installed in an older row home garage. They applied for the permits and kept us abreast of when they came through with the city. They scheduled promptly and the installation went seamlessly. They also took a look and fixed some other minor electrical issues while they were here. They did a great job patching walls as they went to kept out the critters as well. Our techs were Anthony, John, and Vincent — both did a great job! We will be calling them back when we leave to get them to bring the charger to our next home.
