Mike, Steve, and Charlie were absolutely fantastic, professional, personable, and made sure that the work was done right, to their and my satisfaction. (Oh, and Joe was great with the initial assessment.) They were here all day (maybe 9hrs?) and did an amazing amount of work on this 1979 townhouse that I just moved in to: 1 The light switches at the top of the basement stairs are now just one switch. There used to be two of them --- one for the left side of the stairs and one for the right. Does that make sense? It does not. But now it's just one. 2 At the bottom of the stairs are two switches for the main area of the basement. There used to be 3 separate switches, scattered the length of the room. Why? Someone knows why, and it isn't me. 3 The ceiling lights are now dimmable LED lights that are MUCH brighter. Doesn't bring Dungeon Crawler Carl immediately to mind. 4 The workshop is now well lit. It used to have just one incandescent desk lamp. 5 The brand new electrical panel will not burn down the house. Raynor has my business, and I will gladly call them back.

I highly recommend Brian from Raynor Services! Very efficient! I needed several outlets installed in my basement to use several exercise machines including Gym Monster machine. Finished work in a timely manner and was very hardworking! Polite and considerate as well. Thank you for your service!

I cannot say enough good things about Raynor Services and their entire team. I came to them with a very specific vision for my 1960 lake house. I wanted to make it safe and up to date without losing its original character. I had switches that didn’t seem to connect to anything, outlets that didn’t work, an attic with no access and honestly, a house I didn’t fully understand. From the very beginning, they understood exactly what I was trying to do. They listened and respected my goal of preserving the authenticity of the home while bringing everything up to modern safety standards. They worked with me to find solutions instead of pushing changes that didn’t feel right for the house. They even took the time to find outlet covers that match my home decor, which really meant a lot to me. I’m also in that in-between stage of moving where things are a bit of a mess, and they made me feel completely comfortable. They saw past that and really appreciated the house for what it is, which I loved. A huge thank you to Joseph G., Chris M., Kelvin F., and Steve C., and to Rocky H., who managed the entire project from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly professional, careful with my home, and genuinely kind. They were even great with my dog Chewy, which meant a lot to me. I know he’s complicated. 😂 They installed a SPAN panel that gives me real peace of mind. I truly feel like I can stay in this home long term without worrying about the electrical system again. This was such a positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend Raynor Services to anyone. P.S. If any of you are ever back in the neighborhood, please stop by for a canoe ride anytime. 🛶

Had two jobs done recently by Raynor — a new 50-amp panel in my garage and a full electrical setup for my trailer. From the first call, Sharon sets the tone with “How can I make your day better?” — and she means it. Rocky takes the time to actually listen and understand what you need during the estimate, and Chris M, Kelvin and Joe G, delivered the jobs with real attention to detais and customer satisfaction. Great team — responsive, flexible, professional, and just genuinely good people to work with. Highly recommended.

We had Raynor perform the basic annual maintenance on our Kohler Generator that they installed in December 2019. We've had them perform this annual service every year without any issues and I have always been pleased with their service. This year I scheduled the maintenance as usual and confirmed the price of $318 which is also shown on the website for the basic service. When they showed up last week I was charged $499. I spoke to the office when I saw the charge and was told that was the new cost this year. I told them I was quoted $318 and they agreed to listen to the conversation when I made the appointment and if I had that conversation they would adjust the price down. I received a call back and they confirmed my conversation and made the adjustment. After the maintenance appointment, I never received the annual maintenance checklist with photos that I've received in years past. When I got home I went back to the generator and noticed that there was oil spilled/splattered around the generator but was never cleaned up. It took two messages to get a return call and to have them send someone to clean up the spill. The spill was partially cleaned up and I still haven't received the maintenance report that I was promised. Very disappointed and I don't plan to use their service again.
