According to the contract, the repairs had to be done by a licensed technician, so I hired them to come in and correct the switches. They have a flat fee for coming, and I assume that's pretty much the same for all service people. When they add time, they add it in 15-minute increments. The fella that came out took care of it right away and could have billed me for 15 more minutes but didn't. I'd give them an A+.”
