“My problem was never resolved. Not only that more problems were created. My problem was with my bedroom and 2 bathrooms ( no lights on upper level). He had no idea how to fix the problem so he took apart outlets on first floor. He then caused a problem with my first floor living room, hallway , outside and bathroom light . The more senior electrician came the next day , fixed nothing. But shorted out power to my laudry room light. He told me that he would return to fix the problem the next day at a cost of 845.00/ per hour. In addition to the 1675.00 that I paid for basically nothing. I cancelled his dispatch the next morning but he came out anyway and claimed he was never informed of the cancelation. I hired another electrician that fixed my original problem plus problems created by your company in 2 1/2 hours. I have a detail receipt of what he found and repaired!”

Without my permission or explanation beforehand, the service provider proceeded to start checking out other areas of my house including under my sink and taking photos of my plumbing saying it was "all part of the service" - service I didnt ask for - he didn't explain and I felt that my privacy was being invaded and I told him to leave my house immediately.”

“They were so kind because the time that they came in, they told us about the plans and what they offer. They also gave us specific prices and the pros and cons so we agreed with the plan and before that they went around the area to search and see how the electricity works in here. That was very helpful and gave me more information and understanding about the electricity in here. The next day they came hours before we expected them to come, and they were just sitting in the parking lot waiting. When it was time, the two men came to start the service, and we allowed them in, and they did the job. Once they finished, they came to report everything and walked around with me to see the job they did. I also like their payment options, and we did pay with a check which was requested before the work and the rest of the amount is scheduled for a payment through credit card, so it was wonderful.”

“The work was performed earlier caused damage and when I had a backup they came out and identified work that was not a problem and called that a problem and later found that the pipes had been busted. There diagnoses was abronias and caused issues and problems.”

“The service rep. Ian did a good job on most of the required work; however, one of the most important repairs was clearing the kitchen sink drain. Not able to resolve this "important repair," he suggested I purchase his recommended drain cleaner, "Bio Clean," which, if I remember correctly, was about $150. Instructions said use at evening for 5 days! I used it for 7 days with absolutely no improvement. (Before buying this Bio Clean, I explained that "all" other drains in the house were draining correctly, so if it was only my kitchen sink, then why not clear the kitchen drain with a snake?? I was told they didn't carry snakes??? (I thought all plumbers used snakes??" With that said, I still have the same original main problem I called for, and yes Ian did repair and install other needed appliances and hardware, but at an outrageous cost of either $1428, or $1583', not mentioning the Bio Clean that did absolutely nothing!.”
“I am member of the $25 per month My Plumber club, and was called that a employee Mr. Ali Nasrahti was on his way to my house to check my furnace. When he arrived he ask me any problems ? I answer, yes my humidifier doesn't work. He had one in has truck. I asked the what the cost. He showed me around $3000. O.K. I signed his computer device. He removed the old device, then started to install the a similar new one - that took hours including a long time to used my bathroom - I thought maybe to read the directions. When installed he started to add things like an Air Treatment System, and then used a spray can for about five minutes to clean where the most of wirers are located in furnace. When finish I asked for the instuctions for the humdifier - he gave me the "How to Install" , nothing how to set controls ! He never did check the furnace. At the end when leaving he gave a extra filter for the humidifier. When I ask to total cost - He said about $ 5.000. I was very surprised - for what he did,I would not had it done if I known. The total bill was $ 5,793.00 - almost twice the estimated cost. I have used My Plumber several times in the past, but now will hope to be very carefull in the future. Disappointed Ernest J Rose”
