“Good marketing and easy scheduling were followed by very knowledgeable service people (plumber, electrician, and HVAC) for each issue we were having. Excellent service by each tech and each set of issues was resolved within the day the service was scheduled. We will use them again if the need arises.”

“The electrician (Tony Walker) was very unprofessional from the moment he arrived. He stated that he had trouble finding my house, even though the address is clearly marked in several places, Maybe it was because he was on his cell phone with a buddy of his discussing the previous days' soccer game. By the way, he stayed on the phone the whole time he was on the job and probably after he left. I had called the company "My Plumber Plus" for an estimate for a problem I thought I had with one of my circuit breakers. The circuit breaker would trip but there was no clicking action it was just like a wet noodle! Anyway, the electrician just kept talking to his friend about the soccer game and looked at the circuit breaker, flipped it and of course, the lights came on even though I had been doing that for the last three days with no positive results. So I suggested checking the lights in the circuit of the house and see if they were on. When I got to the patio door and looked outside I saw a column of smoke emitting from the outdoor outlet so I went to tell him. He, was still on the phone with his buddy and said he had an outlet on his truck and left to get it. Now, this is my fault cause he never really did anything and never gave me an estimate but came back and installed the outlet. Fifteen minutes later he gave me the bill and stated that he didn't charge me the $10 to $15 for the part. I guess I was supposed to be thankful but the bill was for $261.00. As I said it was my fault for not demanding an estimate that the company had advertised at $49,00. But I decided not to argue with the electrician who was still on the phone with his buddy and decided to call their customer service dept and speak with a manager which I did after he left, which is another mistake I made cause I should have done that while he was still here and before I signed the bill. Anyway, I placed a call and spoke to a manager she apologized for the bad service but said that the bill that I signed was actually also an estimate I told her that the ipad that I signed didn't state that but who knows maybe on another screen it was there. She also said that the price I was charged was the proper fee for the job even though it had never been mentioned to me! She did say that I should have been given a senior citizen discount of $26 which she applied and I received about a week later. As for the electrician, overall, I have nothing positive to say about him except that he's a very jolly guy both on the phone and in person. As for customer service, they all are very friendly but overall I would not recommend them for any service. I admit that I share in some of the blame for this but when you're caught up with a problem where a fire, though small with a lot of smoke is involved, then I guess I lost it for a few moments, and like I said several times I was not as diligent as I should have been. The electrician, just took advantage of me and the situation to capitalize on it! Anyway, I'll be looking elsewhere in the future for a different company.”

“john has always been transparent in explaining what repairs he is going to do and welcomes any questions concerning what is needed, when it is needed and whether or not it can wait. My Plumber Plus has always listed options for comparison to other plumbers and has always been spot on as to what to expect with services they render as well as warranties for covered repairs to products they sell(and service).”

“ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The electrician could not fix the problem after over two hours. He stated he did not have any real knowledge on how 3 and 4 way wall switches worked.. I was charged $264 and got nothing for the service he providedI called a true electrician and the problem was fixed and resolved in less than an hour (50 minutes)!!!!!!!!’”

“Had plumbing and electric moved during major kitchen remodel. Field workers (electrician and plumber) were terrific as usual (not my first time using MyPlumber). Customer Service Reps who answer phone (apparently no matter which number you call, including numbers on statements, from AR, etc) are polite and professional. The internal system for contacting someone who actually has answers is beyond frustrating.”

“This is hard to say. My experiences with everyone in the field receives 4 stars for their level of respect and professionalism. A broken pipe was supposed to have been repaired April 2021. November 2021, we experience the same issue. Once Technicians came, preformed the initial resolution, the area of concern was found and marked. It was the EXACT SAME PLACE that was marked in April, however, the crew for some reason replaced a different section. After several conversations, a refund was to be given for services paid for the 2nd incident and the repairs would be done at no cost. Communication afterwards fell to the way side. Multiple phone calls and emails went unanswered. Five weeks later, one of the amazing ladies in the office, was able to let me know that the refund was recently processed.”

“Lisa the manger was very rude to me on the phone today regarding my Service Contract. I made three calls to the company starting Friday but no one returned my call until 5pm today. She accused me of not reading the Service contract. I had a Service contract started but the service technician exaggerated the estimate to repair my indoor and outdoor units. I had a second opinion done by another company and didn't need the units replaced. She canceled the contract but wouldn't refund the last two payments I made. I would like this refunded to me.”
