“The plumber insisted on completely replacing the guts of my toilet when had but a valve problem. My life is very complicated now so i did it rather than doing it myself for 50 dollars. Now i have a 400 interior. I dont like this selling up from vendors. The work could have been done for 1/4 the price.”

“The actual plumbers were great. The person who came with the cameras to look in the pipes completely misdiagnosed everything. He said we had a collapsed pipe, but it wasn't one. He used an instrument in theory to see where it was cracked. It was not in the correct spot. He went down 2-3 feet and had no cracks. Everything the plumber did was fine, but the guy with the camera misdiagnosed the problem and jackhammered an area that he did not need to. They told me his instrument had not been calibrated recently and was not working properly. Everything was resolved, but it took a few weeks to get it all done.”

“Hired My Plumber to repair a leaking toilet. The technician replaced all the parts (valve, flapper,etc.). The technician was polite and efficient and I’ve had no problems with the work. However, the cost for this job was $409. The toilet repair kit retails for $20. The technician was in my home for less than half an hour. Even allowing for travel time, the charge is excessive.”

“Plumber arrived on site, seemed more interested in selling me some sort of plan than fixing my problem. Made a huge mess tearing up the ceiling to expose more pipes than necessary. Pointed out the green corrosion on some pipes, but this was not the problem. Again, just trying to sell me more work. Never identified a leak, charged me $700 for "leak identification." I spent days cleaning up the drywall dust. Had to figure out the problem myself. No other way to say it, I was RIPPED OFF!”
