“Ok, I may as well respond, I didn't need an expert in toilets, just someone to unplug a toilet, a simple task, which took only a few minutes by someone you sent from middle Virginia to Maryland in a long drive, but charged me a fortune--$385?--, because he was an "expert. ". No thanks”

“I called, they came out, and gave me an estimate. Insurance got involved. Everyone that came out and everyone in the office was great. My hands were tied and I had to get the job done. It was an insurance job. The company was polite, I felt taken care of, and on time. I had to get two estimates, and I took the first one with My Plumber Plus.”

“I had two appointments. One was for the dryer and the other was for the HVAC system. Both issues happened on a Friday after attempting to be fixed by My Plumber Plus, so they couldn't come until Monday. I couldn't dry my clothes, there was water all over the basement, and I had to mop it up. They did not tell me to "watch out for" or "check and see" and they just left. They were very nice, and not rude at all.”
