I have witness an installation of high ceiling chandelier, high quality works. Although there was some delay in scheduling due to the availability of the lift, my appointment have to reschedule twice, but the outcome was great with satisfaction. The entire team including Milton, Evan, Jack, Cody and Ross, worked hard for a whole day to complete the installation. The chandelier weighing more than 50 ibs, it can not be mounted alone. The staff tried multiple times with one ladder and lift initially, it didn't work, and then decided to use two ladders with lift, and finally successfully mount it. They were doing everything carefully, including assembling the glass shades, one by one, total 18 glasses, remove ladders and lift, clean up. I am very impressed by their professionalism.

We absolutely loved working with Shipp Electric. Alex and Robbie were given an extensive list of repairs and installs in our historic home and gave us awesome recommendations throughout the process. They worked seamlessly with the other contracting teams we had working in similar areas and were always polite and efficient. It was nice to have the same team working on our electrical from start to finish, even if it meant waiting a little longer for appointments. Their pricing was competitive and they worked with us to space out payments since it was a big project. We will definitely be calling them for future electrical needs!

I don’t do these often, but the guys were awesome. They showed up early and gave me a clear and honest evaluation and solution to my problem. They were kind took their time and explained my options. Tbt, I thought this repair would be an all day event. But, they worked their magic and were finished much faster than I thought it would take. They fixed everything. Cleaned up afterwards and even made sure I was happy with their work. Can’t say enough for how happy I am with their service. Highly recommend !!!! They will be my new go to for all electrical concerns. Everyone is happy now that it is safe to use the AC. 🙏

This was hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a home service company of any kind. The technicians were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, fast, explained without speaking down to me and very very good at their job! They completed the work I requested very quickly and provided me with a competitive quote for future work. Tech Milton was awesome -- was here with an hour of my calling the company. Sparks had burst from one of my pellets and all power had gone out. Milton was incredibly kind and seemed more absolutely honest and genuine than anyone I've met in a while. Fixed the problem in under an hour, despite chaos in my home while he was there. Hero! Price extreme fair.
