“I used Bailey & Shipp Electric two different times. They were fantastic. When I showed him what I wanted to have done, he made sure he did exactly what I had requested. They put four recessed lights in my kitchen, and they removed a fan and put up the regular lights as well. I'd definitely give them an A.”
“They were prompt, they were very fast, and they did a good job. They didn't leave any mess. Everything looked great. They did some recessed lighting in my kitchen and laundry room and ran some wires to hook up a three-way switch. They also ran an outlet so I could feed a generator to my house in case I lose power. I'd give them an A+.”
“My experience was great. Bailey & Shipp installed a whole-house generator. I'd give them an A+. They were very good and very satisfactory. I just referred them to a friend.”
“The guy was really nice. They had to fix an electrical outlet for me. I would give them an A+.”
“They fixed the electric box—it was a fire hazard—and the new ground wires, which there was probably only one of them in the house but they put two in there. They replaced the whole box. They replaced it with a 200 amp and I think we had 110 or something like that there. They tidied up all the loose wires and put caps on anything that was in the basement. So that way when the inspector comes, there wouldn't be any problem or nothing like that there. They did a good job. I'd give them an A+. I mean they did a good job, they even switched a new line up outside and everything. They were good.”
“It was convenient. They serviced my emergency back-up generator. I'd give them an A+, I was very satisfied with them.”
“I'd give them an A+.”
“I'd rate them an A+.”
“They were responsive and came out. I haven't had a buzz out of my generator unnecessarily. I would give them like an A+.”
“I'd give them an A+. It was very good and the guy was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was doing.”
“The light system that we had put in, they were able to adjust it to make it look good in the drop ceiling, and it did work nice in the ceiling above it. They did plug switches and recessed lighting in our ceiling in the basement. I'd give them an A. We've already told a couple of our neighbors about them.”
“They did work just yesterday. They went the extra mile, they checked all of my plugs. I'm selling the house so there were some inspections. There were a couple of plugs that were not grounded properly by the old electrical company that put them in. So they put in some GFI outlets and installed the new smoke detectors. I'd give them an A. They were a little late. They did call, but I dragged my butt out of bed early in the morning. I have already referred them to a friend. I've already referred them to the new owners.”
“They did what I asked them to do. When there was a slight hiccup, they came out, fixed it, and made it right. It was actually exterior lighting. I give them an A.”
“It was a positive experience.”
“I contracted electrical work through them. I also contracted dry wall repair through them by combining their services through them. They had brought in their dry wall guy and it really took the stress off because their electric can kind of get pretty big on kind of cutting through your wall, and you're the guy taking care of fixing it. So I've already paid for it, you do what you need to do and then your guy's going to come by and fix it later. So I had them put in three triple switches in three rooms. I had them add in recessed hand lighting into my living room, and I had them re-wire a switch to be permanently hot. There was a little light switch, I had them rewire that light switch so it went to the ceiling fan and then the switch or the outlet that it went to would be permanently hot. I would overall give them an A. Both workers that came out to my house were an hour late. It would have been nice if they actually came when they said they were going to. But they did contact me and let me know that they were running late, so I was aware of it.”
“They put in a generator and it worked. The generator was all the work they did in my home. I give them an A-.”
“The workers were very friendly and nice. They installed some lights and a ceiling fan. I'd give them an A.”
“The technician was very competent, at the end of the day with electrical work you know how it is. They did a bunch of installation of dimmers. But it's old wiring in the house, so I needed someone who knew how to make that everything was properly grounded. I give them all A's.”
“They did good work. I give them an A-.”
“I'd grade them an A-.”
