This was hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a home service company of any kind. The technicians were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, fast, explained without speaking down to me and very very good at their job! They completed the work I requested very quickly and provided me with a competitive quote for future work. I’ve already decided that when I’m ready to proceed with future electric updates, this is the company that I will call.

Great communication from the time I booked the appointment to confirming a few days before to a text msg a few min before technicians were arriving. Techs were quick to complete the job, clean, and friendly. Project was done extremely well. Cost was very fair and I liked being able to pay the invoice when they were done. Definitely a big fan of Shipp Electric. This was the second time I’ve used them.

Alex and Jack installed a new ceiling fan and the work was done cleanly, swiftly and perfectly! They were polite, polished and professional electricians. I called Shipp Electric because it was listed in the AA County Best Pick Reports, and all accolades are well-deserved! Amazing customer service from Shipp Electric! They came out to look at a ceiling fan on our porch that was hanging improperly and discovered that the electrical box supporting it was too small. Since they had previously done work on the fan and the issue hadn’t been caught at that time, they completely stood behind their work and took care of the visit at no charge under their warranty. I was so impressed by their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to make things right. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly takes responsibility and values its customers!

We absolutely loved working with Shipp Electric. Alex and Robbie were given an extensive list of repairs and installs in our historic home and gave us awesome recommendations throughout the process. They worked seamlessly with the other contracting teams we had working in similar areas and were always polite and efficient. It was nice to have the same team working on our electrical from start to finish, even if it meant waiting a little longer for appointments. Their pricing was competitive and they worked with us to space out payments since it was a big project. We will definitely be calling them for future electrical needs!
