Phil and Christian were my service tecnicians and were very knowledgeable and professional. They were upfront with costs, set a working schedule to complete job. Once they started on the job they kept me informed of daily progress, cleaned up each day. They completed job as agreed . I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. I recently had Mr. Sparky out to my home for an EV charger installation and a full electrical walkthrough, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Christian, Caleb, and Matthew were outstanding from start to finish. They took the time to thoroughly walk through my home, identify potential issues, and explain everything in clear, simple language that was easy to understand. They never made me feel rushed and were happy to answer every question I had. The EV charger installation looks fantastic. The wall-mounted setup is clean, professional, and exactly what I was hoping for. Beyond the installation itself, the team identified several long-term electrical issues that I didn’t even know existed and provided practical recommendations for addressing them. What impressed me most was their professionalism and customer service. They were courteous, respectful of my home, and genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right. As an added bonus, they were great with my dog, who quickly became a fan of the entire crew. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service, but Christian, Caleb, and Matthew did exactly that. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. I have absolutely no complaints and would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone needing electrical work. If these three are representative of the company, you’re in very good hands.

When I called about smoke detector and ceiling fan installation, I was greeted & listened to what I needed. Brandon showed up on time, greeted me & my dogs with kindness. He was friendly, honest, explained every step & asked detailed questions. I will welcome Mister Sparky and Brandon back every time I need electrical work. I have a peace of mind knowing the work is complete and guaranteed. The whole process, from first phone call to finished job was outstanding!

Brandon and Connor were first rate and knowledgeable abut the work they were tasked with. Not only were the patient with us but provided professional advice and guidance. This company stands behind their work and exhibited a strong sense of urgency which was greatly appreciated. I strongly recommend these Gentlemen and will ask for them by name on any next visit. It is rare to find service this great!

This is the first time we have called an electrician. Our breaker kept tripping and our outlets didnt work in one room . My husband called today and set an appointment for tomorrow and they had a cancel tonite at 5 and they came right away … this was not an emergency . Francisco was our tech and he was just amazing ! Kind , intelligent and just a great guy ! He found our issue quickly and didn’t over charge us for something we didn’t need. It ended up our Fluorescent lights were bad in 2 closets and our breaker was bad he did all this in an hour and wore covers on his shoes and was so neat and respectful . I highly recommend them !!! They didn’t look for ways to charge us thousands and this guy …. What a great human !
