We used Michael & Sons for the first time to install a wall sconce and get several quotes on electrical work, and we were very disappointed. I would not recommend them or use them again. While the electrician was friendly, the actual work was unprofessional. The wall sconce was not installed level and leans too far toward the wall. He cut the hole around the backplate way too large, making it look sloppy and forcing us to spend extra money to repair the drywall. When I asked why it was cut so big, he claimed it was standard procedure, which is absolutely not the case with other electricians. The light switch he installed also does not sit flush against the wall. Customer service has been nonexistent. I called twice over the span of a week asking to speak to a manager and was promised callbacks that never happened. To make matters worse, a technician was scheduled to come out and redo the work, but they completely no-showed without a phone call. No one has made any attempt to remedy the situation or address the poor quality of work. I cannot in good faith recommend them.

Christopher is a PRO! He came to my home with a trainee, he was calm in the heat because my system went down in this 96 degree weather. He made an assessment, informed me of the issues. He repaired the system and trained the worker with him in such a professional and kind mannerism. The unit was repaired quickly and my home is now cooling off. The best part he did not over charge me. It was a fair price. IF YOU NEED REPAIRS OR SERVICE CALL MICHAEL & SON, and you might want to ask for Christopher! Very Impressive! THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRIS!

Michael and Son was amazing! Able to get us an appointment the next day and was able to fix our electrical issue with no problem. Carlos was amazing to have fix the issue and knew the problem right away! Very knowledge and skilled. Highly recommend

Chris did a great job and was helpful explaining the issue we were having and was able to fix the issue quickly. Unfortunately I have to update this review as the work seemed to be completed and my AC was working fine that day. By the next day the same issue I was having came back and the AC unit was not working with my family coming home to a house near 85 degrees. Even that night something seemed off as one part of my house was freezing cold while the other floor was not cooling properly.

I had an emergency, and my regular small-business plumber wasn’t available. Unfortunately the only companies that seem to have immediate availability are the big-name companies (that have big marketing budgets to fund). I knew I was going to overpay for a simple service, and I did. Basically I paid for immediate help. On the bright side, Spartak was wonderful. He presented himself professionally and was knowledgeable and courteous. He did the job quickly and cleaned up afterward. If I was only reviewing him, I would give five stars. But I had to take a star off for the inflated pricing.
